Every time I was at Dr. Olson’s office, I felt welcome and at ease. They provide you with helpful exercise tips and really try to motivate you to exercise even more! I will be coming back here for my future adjustments.

I have been seeing Dr. Heidi for several years. She is so intuitive and can detect my trouble spots before I even know it. She has kept me healthy for years. The gals in the front office are as pleasant as can be. «It’s a great day at Olsen Chiropractic!»

Upset with service! Front desk great customer service. I was told they would fit and they can be flexible with my work schedule but unfortunately the days dr Olsen should be their she’s out in the middle of the day or they close early! I pay $ 200 a month and I finally was offered for my one hour massage made the appointment found out I had to work late so cancelled early in the morning. I was disappointed they charged me a extra $ 15 for not being 24 hour notice! I get it but I show up the days Dr Olson should be available and is not their! Where is my refund! Also the days I shown up for my appoiment theirs been 15 people waiting. I chose to stop wasting my time going to this chiropractic and they have no problems getting their money from my account! This place is a rip off!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Olson since July/​2105. I had been seen by other chiropractors in the past for past injuries. When I came in to see her I was a mess. I had pain with just climbing in and out my truck, tying my shoes, etc. It took some weeks but I was back on my feet doing what I like to do, sports, training and work.
I currently go for regular adjustments now.
Before treatment, I had x-​rays done and she talked them over with me. Apart from my main conditions, and to my suprise, I had very mild (benign/​asymptomatic) scoliosis which my other chiropractors never mentioned or found! She laid out an organized plan of care for me, including costs.
Her office is nice and clean. Dr. Olson and her staff are very professional and kind. Their warm hearted greetings and smiles when you come in the door go a long way.

Dr. Olson has inspired me to take care of my body more than any health practitioner I’ve ever known. She’s not just interested in chiropractic adjustments, she’s also passionate about the body performing at its most optimum level. Her business walls are filled with valuable information about health and inspirational health quotes, and she herself is filled with extensive knowledge regarding nutritional foods and physical fitness. She even assigns stretches and exercises that are designed to help each patient with their specific conditions.
I started getting adjust by her over two years ago to help deal with back pain from heavy lifting at work, and my back has felt much better since then. Not only that, I’ve become more health conscious and have lost over 60 pounds. I also have better posture and I no longer have a big hump on the back of my neck.
Being healthier definitely took a lot of self determination on my part, but I feel that Dr. Olson helped to provide me with the training wheels to live a healthier life. I also wanted to mention that her front desk staff has always been courteous and friendly, and that her massage therapists have always been top-​quality professionals. I’d recommend Dr. Olson to anyone in the area seeking a chiropractor.

Dr. Olson is fantastic. She always takes the time to do the extra to give an exercise to help keep everything aligned and working better. After being a faithful of Doctor Olson’s for a few years now, my husband and I have learned so much about our health and how so much is related to your spine health. Best service ever! Dr Olson is amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I came in here for some lower back pain and shoulder/​neck pain. Dr Olson explained how adjustments and healthy life style changes will help correct the bad habits my body has been used too and alleviate my pain. She take the time to explain what she’s doing and answers all my questions!
This isn’t an over night cure, and you need to be patient, but since coming to see her, I feel better than ever!

Hands down she is an AWEsome!!! She wants to help you. They take your xray to show you how your process going. Most of the time you will notice big improvements. It takes time to feel. Be committed! You will feel like you are in a new body. After my first couple visits I felt like toxins coming out of my body not sure how to explain that… Sometimes I even bring my 2 year old for an adjustment. She is just an amazing chiropractor and person. I feel like she knows my body more than me. She can tell when I did not have enough rest, I have not streched or I have not had any healthy foods.
It takes time to heal. Dr. Olson is there to help you, but you have to take care of yourself after you get adjusted. Eat healthy, stretch, and rest well!

If I could give negitive stars if i would. Went in because I was in pain (hurt myself in jujitsu) and they have a $ 29 first time special. The staff was nice enough, but they just insisted on taking a x-​ray, gave me a bunch of insurance stuff, (which I didn’t have at the time). Dr Olson came in, did a couple of test, told me to stop what ever i was doing cause it’s going to kill me, it’s going to take months to fix and told me to come back to go over the x-​ray. I left $ 29 lighter 5 mins later and was told my next visit will be in the ballpark of $ 50 – 150.
At that point, they were really pushy and concern that I would make my next appointments.
I didn’t go back, went to another chiropractor the next day who fix me in 5 mins and have been pain free for months with full range of motion.

Zero stars. If you have money to burn, I suggest burning it instead.
First visit (approx 2 years ago) she says she needs 4 x-​rays. OK. I, like most of her clientele, am low-​income, so she says she will give me a deal and only charge me for two. OK. [On the counter ther is a flyer announcing free x-​rays the next week…]
I was never shown my x-​rays and have no reason to believe there was film in the camera.
Most of the questions on the intake form involve whether you have a lawyer, leading me to believe she is basically an ambulance chaser. And will willingly drag on your visits for the rest of your life if you can find a payment for them.
Second visit (yesterday): They kindly sent me a birthday card for a free adjustment. YAY! I could sure use one. I called ahead to say that I would not require any pay services such as x-​rays, and if it came to that I would like a birthday lollipop and I would leave happy.
At the visit, they ran through their personal explanation of how the back works includinding the myth of subluxation, prior to the chiropractor entering the room to discover there was no money to be made. Oh, heck, what to do? So she suggested that she would like to see the records from my doctor (which one? That old be a very good question, since a minor birthday (crack my back a little) adjustment would interfere none with my mostly old age/​under control/​well treated issues by 3 – 5 doctors who could care less if I saw a chiropractor or not and it would be to pick just one to get involved with… The fact here is that this visit was free, but after she got records from whomever she was thinking of, and I came back, it would be a new visit and (you’re catching on) she could charge me for it.
So I remained cheerful, having expected this, and said I would not be sending on my doctor’s records and I would like my lollipop now.
They didn’t have lollipops. I asked them to take me off their list.
When I NEED a REAL chiropractor, I will drive a few miles out of my way to Lance Miller Chiropractic in Antioch, who has modern knowledge and tools, fair practices, and when he does see me, it will be for the sole purpose of my recovery.
