As I see it, Mr. Goforth achieved the impossible in my case! Soon after I saw him for the initial consultation on work injury, I moved to Canada, and he had to work his magic long distance. I never had to fly back and forth as the insurance company demanded. My case was settled extremely fast, and there are not enough superlatives in the English language to express my gratitude. I recommend this company wholeheartedly; they are as good as it gets!

When i was injured at work i thought I could handle my own claim. After a year the insurance company started to mess around with me by declining treatments my doctors had requested and trying to get me to settle. I called several Law firms that gave me the run around and told me it was to late to do anything for me.
HOWEVER when I reached Mr. Goforth of Goforth and Lucas Law Partnership, he was very personable and made me an appointment the next day to meet with him and discuss my workers comp case. After meeting with Mr Goforth he agreed to take my case and clean up the mess I had made. His Partner Mr Lucas did the deposition with the Insurance companies legal team and was very helpful and kind in preparing me, and it went very well.
Each time I contacted Mr Goforth he promptly responded and was always polite and professional.
I started to get the treatments I needed and later Mr Goforth did a wonderful job of settling my case for me.

My injury maybe be large, and my claim small, but Mr. Goforth took the time to actually talk to me by phone while other law offices blew me off. He advised me that I had the burden of proof to show whom is liable for my injury. He also suggested how to best proceed forward
