I hate having to write bad reviews, it gets exhausting and it’s usually a thankless effort on behalf of fellow Unilocalers.
Short version — First experience was in 2010 spending $ 600 and I continued to return until 2015 until I had enough.
I paid for their overpriced accessories, I paid them for repairs but the final straw was when I paid them for installation to protect the phone at 4 x what I’d pay elsewhere and when it failed to protect the phone THEY recommended I buy, they wanted more $ to fix it.
I could break down 5 years of going there into little stories but I’m too tired to go into details, especially since everyone else is giving it 2 stars already.

Honestly, I love MetroPCS, the service has always worked for me and been very reasonably priced. However, I cannot STAND the customer service I constantly receive here. It’s like they don’t care and I always have to wait forever. I really can’t stand that whole bored demeanor. They are very unhelpful. I’d much rather go to the one on Monument, although if there’s a line it takes equally as long, but at least the ladies there are friendly and helpful.

I ventured back here after having bad service in the past. And i saw some really good service when i came to buy a part for a device. Raised my rating to 3 stars.

Called the store twice, picked up and hung up both times! Horrible service

Worst place ever!!! this store is a straight rip off !!! i came into this store about two weeks ago to buy a hydro Life and thought i walked out with a good deal. i have been having issues so walked in to the nearest metro pcs store next to fitness evolution and was help by a young man who made my experience worth coming for, not only did he help me but he showed me the same phone that i got for 63dollars !!! i almost died i payed double that price ! its is ridiculos to pay so much i do not get where these people get there pricing!!! stop wasting your money on highy priced places like this !!!

Worst customer service there is!!! NEVER open up a contract with this horrible company! I have a written contract with them saying my monthly bill is $ 170.00 in total! and every month they always charge me over $ 200.00 saying I owe for a bunch of made up bullshit. If you speak to 5 different people you will get 5 different answers from each person. Nobody is ever on the same page. Yesterday they told me I have to have my phone number changed to have my monthly bill set at $ 170.00 so very inconveniently I had to have my phone number changed, and guess what, they’re saying my bill is still $ 200.00. Every employee they have is incompetent. At the store They tell you to call customer service where you’re put on hold and transferred hold for hours, and then customer service tells you to go to the store. I will see you idiots in court!

I went into get wireless yesterday in hopes to find a replacement phone, and got the best service anyone could ask for. I was greeted immediately, and only waited a moment for assistance, the guy was knowledgeable and not only did I find a phone, they had all the accessories I needed. I’ll definitely be back!

Prolly the worst customer service I have EVER received at a retail store.
I bought a universal battery charger for my cell phone (since my charging port was not working) the lady working guaranteed that it would work with my phone. After getting it home I realized the unit itself was defective. I brought it back the next morning and was told no refunds (they didn’t have another one) and was told with my credit they could order me one. No one wants to want 1 – 2 weeks for a charger to arrive with no phone that whole time.
I told the girl working no I am sorry I need a refund to go to another store. Mind you again this was the next morning (with receipt) the girl working would NOT return it. After 5 min of going back and forth she said she had to get ahold of the owner (John) and proceeded to text him. I said I am here waiting, call him texting wont work. She would not call him. She said he said no refund over the text. now this is the same guy who approx 2 years ago (when I worked at sleep train) returned his $ 2000+ bed NO QUESTIONS, not because it was defective, but simplily because «he didn’t like it.»
I advise ANYONE who is even remotely thinking about going to go to this place NOT to go here. If you buy a broken item, you will NOT get a refund. you will get played around with, lied to. There is NO PLACE who should not return a broken item that they sold at their store. The owner John is a crock of sh*t and wont return a broken $ 30 item after returning his $ 2000+ mattress that was perfectly fine.
NEVER GO HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! GO TO A CORPORATE CELL PHONE STORE!!! if you have any issues corporate stores take care of you right away, unlike here they will just mess around with you and lie to you, and leave you with a broken product!

OMG! OMG! OMG! I finally found a friendly, professional, customer service, smiling Sales Associates MetroPCS store who is willing to assist me the customer! They totally went out of their way to assist me with me Samsung 3G phone.
The MetroPCS-​Pleasant Hill, 552 Contra Costa Blvd. Suite 40, Pleasant Hill, CA 94 523 store near Target sales associate erased everything and sent me out of the store trying to figure how to reconnect my phone back-​up.
Unfortunately, all Sales Associates and Managers there have an attitude problem and they all look like they are constipated, frowning, not happy campers at all, nor customer service oriented any way? What I am trying to say is, «Don’t go back to that store anymore». Check out 2775 Clayton Road, Concord much better customer service and I didn’t spend anything for their time either.

I called to see if they had a battery for my Blackberry 9330 and they said they did so I made the trek down to see them. The guy looked at my phone and said it was water damaged and then he plugged my battery into some plastic thing and said the battery is fine but my phone is ruined then he tried to sell me a new more expensive phone and a new plan. This is NOT what I came in for. I was there for over 45 minutes and left without a battery. The trip was a waste of time. I then went to a REAL Verizon dealership and purchased a new battery and my phone works fine. The people here are nice but they don’t have YOUR best interest in mind which I think is poor customer service. I won’t EVER go back there

These people are in the business of screwing there customers. I have had the UNpleasure of doing business with this company twice. Both times a nightmare situation. First was buying a used phone. It was broken. After about an hour of intense argument they gave me a different phone. But said the Internet would not work on it until they finished the unlocking of it. But the guy they hired to do the unlocking was MIA for two weeks. The second time I went in there was 2 years later to the tech. Team they had partnered with to fix my iPad. Bad idea. What they said was an overnight fix turned into a 2week fiasco and when I got it back it did not work right and ended up just going to apple and trading my I pad in. STAY AWAY FROM THEESE JOKERS!!! Unless you like being treated as if your business doesn’t matter.

This place totally sucks… No stars and BTW when is Unilocal going to gve us a «NO STAR» option?

Total rip off! They wanted to charge me $ 125.00 for an LCD screen that’s worth $ 60.00

The service here is great, people often complain because they have to wait. I go there often & there are a LOT of tweakers, mental cases & just plain rude people who seem to think they have some kind of priority over everyone else.
It is true that sometimes you have to wait, but that is to be expected anywhere when the place is busy.
I wait in line like everyone else & when they get to me, they always take care of me. When I’m in line I hear people complaining about waiting.
The precious little princesses should go somewhere else.

I had some issues with going here and now I only go to pay my metro bill. I went in one day and as usual there were several people already there. Planned to be there forever waiting. The young lady behind the counter was helping one couple with a phone that may have had some issues, another couple looking to start up new service and one irritating guy that kept asking the dumbest questions. She juggled everyone like a pro! Within 5 minutes of being there she asked me what I needed. I told her I only wanted to pay my bill. At the same time, she took my money, answered irritating guys question and got the couple to buy a phone and start service. I left there very impressed!

I too, similar to most of the reviewers had the worst service here. The employees there are inconsiderate and border line rude. Never again :-(

The worst customer service ever. My partner and son just spent an hour there… prepared to spend a few hundred bucks to upgrade phones. The douche that thought he had a sale in the bag spoke down to my girlfriend such that she made a minimal purchase so that our son would have a phone and we have vowed not to ever step foot in this store again… Fair warning this is as bad as customer service gets. Oh… the Metro PCS insurance plans are a rip off… you can buy a new phone for less than the «deductible» ($ 85.00) they charge you. Yes, they did forget to mention that when the «slick» sales folks sell you the insurance. STAY AWAY!

I too, wish I could give Get Wireless negative stars!
Last year, My husband went in to purchase a new phone. After the transaction, the clerk told him «oh and by the way, you have to change your phone plan to use that phone» He wasn’t prepared for that and returned the item before he even left the store. A month later, they used my credit card number and debited my account $ 247.00! (he had never returned to the store) I called them that day and brought them a printout from my online statement, showing the money was taken out. After 3 months of calls and messages, I get a hold of the owner. He told me he thought I made the whole thing up. I called them MANY times and got my bank involved to attempt to get my money back. They kept telling me that they never took it! I even got a nasty message from one of their employees telling me I needed to manage my money better!
4 months later, after providing written documents from my bank including a copy of the electronic request sent to my bank, they finally agreed that they did take it, but had «no idea what happened to it» and told me «we don’t have it so we can’t give it to you» They admitted that the money was taken by them, but said they could not find it.
After calling for two months AFTER they agreed they had it and said it could not be located, I finally sent a letter that said I would be forced to sue them if I did not get my money back. They called me on the last day before the filling date that I had given in my letter, and said that they guessed they would «take the hit» and They wanted me to sign a letter saying if I got the money back, I would return it.
After that, the book keeper still did not send me the check for 2 WEEKS! I had to call again to ask where it was. I offered to come pick it up, and she said she had already mailed it. Too bad she wasn’t smart enough to remember that the post office stamps the date on your mail. She did not mail it until I called again! The check was for the exact amount they took. They got an interest free loan for 6 MONTHS!
The owner kept telling me how much he valued his customers, but did NOTHING to help the situation. Nothing. In my opinion, if he valued his customers, he would have attempted something to salvage my customer relationship. Do not use this company, this has been the WORST experience I have ever had with a company and I do not wish it on anyone else!
