I tried to hire them after the good reviews. Juan came by to give me a quote — I said it was great, I’d like to hire him/​his team. Then nothing. No response to text messages, not contact back at all. Very disappointed.

Good service, cleaned very well for all the time him and his crew came by.
They did a good job, except they never cleaned the fridge or offered to clean it.
Then one day Juan decided he does not want to work Saturdays anymore. He stopped showing up and didn’t keep in touch, I had to chase him down via text/​phone.
I tried to work out a day for him to come and clean, but the communications with him just stopped. I figured he works in a different City each day of the week and has enough clients to keep him floating.
I am now looking for someone else.

Full Cleaning Service is fantastic! I have tried out five different house cleaning companies in the past five years and I can honestly say that if Full Cleaning Service keeps up the great work, they will be my last. Juan and Anna are my clean team and they are extremely thorough, efficient and professional. I have them come every other week and they clean things each time that I would maybe get to once a year: fan blades, kitchen cabinet doors, baseboards and blinds to name a few. Juan moves the furniture and area rugs to vacuum and dust, every time. They always bring their own cleaning products, which leaves the house smelling fresh but not bleachy or toxic. Juan uses a vacuum filter per household so I don’t have to worry about having fleas brought in (which has happened with a different company). The night before they are scheduled to clean I get a text reminder and a time window for their arrival. So far they have always arrived on time. The price is very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they provide. Juan is very polite and easy to talk to and even engages in conversation and plays with my kids. Juan encourages you to inspect their work before he leaves to ensure things are cleaned to your satisfaction. Full Cleaning Service has exceeded my expectations and I am so thankful I found them. Juan and his crew are the BEST cleaning service ever! When I lived in Concord, I hired them on a trial basis to clean my 4-​bedroom townhouse and they did such a fabulous job that I immediately scheduled them to come on a regular basis. They were always early or on time, and if they ever ran late, they kept in close contact to keep me apprised of their schedule. They cleaned everything (including the dishes in the sink), neatly folded away whatever clothes or towels were strewn about on the floor/​beds, and vacuumed the heck out of all the floors. They also emptied out our garbage cans and even took them out to our trash can for us, which made our trash days SO much easier. Plus, they never once broke or misplaced anything. It was always a pleasure coming home after they’d cleaned because it always smelled so fresh and inviting.
Professionally, they’re quick, quiet, efficient and very unobtrusive. Basically, the best you can pay for. They’re also very nice and polite so they’re very pleasant to have around. And their prices are so reasonable that you can afford to have them come twice a month. Who can beat that?
My ONE regret is that I moved out of the area so I don’t get the pleasure of seeing them anymore. But believe me, if I could bribe them to come clean for me at my current house, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Lol.

Juan and Team are top notch. I have been using them for about 1 ½ years. They are very thorough, professional and TRUST WORTHY. If you’re going to have someone in your house, especially if you’re not home, you have to trust them. I trust the job they do and I trust them in my house. We are so happy we found this service.

I hired Juan and his team to clean our house today. I just couldn’t wait to write a review because I think they are outstanding. I give them 5 stars for many reasons but I’ll point out a few:
1. They do quality work. The house is spotless. They clean absolutely everything even places where I’d think others want to cut corners.
2. They are great at communicating with you for scheduling, reminders, etc.
3. They are really nice and pleasant people to be around!
4. They work really hard and price is fair for what they do.
5. They are prompt and in my opinion trustworthy.
I plan to continue using them on a monthly basis.

I hired Juan and his crew about 2 months ago to clean my house, since with getting a second roommate, it was becoming difficult to maintain the house at the level of cleanliness I’d like.
Their first deep cleaning took just over 3 hours and I don’t think the house was even this clean when I first moved in. They have a very good attention to detail, crawling on top of the countertops to get the nooks and crannies that I’d frankly never clean myself, even cleaning the baseboards (they’re totally white again!). Not only that, they made sure to ask what we wanted to done to ensure they didn’t miss anything we wanted, but they did much more than that.
I was very impressed with the work they did and how professional they all were. Juan and his wife are also very friendly, so I was able to chat with them some while they were working (though I didn’t want to distract them too much)! They’ll take care of just about anything you ask them to, even cleaning out your fridge (though I haven’t had them do that yet).
I of course hired them to continue coming back every 2 weeks and I look forward to each time they come by, since the house just looks so good when they’re finished!
They’re definitely keepers, and I plan on using their services for as long as I can. Juan always communicates with us to let us know if he’s arriving early or if any issues come up, but we’ve had no problems.
All in all, Full Cleaning Service has been very professional and always on-​time.

Unbelievable! My home has literally never been as clean as it is after Juan and Maria clean it! I am very happy with the quality of their work, and Juan is so nice and professional which makes the experience even better. I am looking forward to their help keeping my home clean from now on!

Full Cleaning Service has been reliable, trustworthy and prompt. I never worried about entertaining guests after they finished cleaning. They are very good at their jobs and were a great help in cleaning my home. I will continue using their services as needed and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I hired Juan to clean my home Feb 15^th 2014. Since then they have cleaned 2x a month. Juan has a positive, friendly and professional attitude. I have cleaned my house many many times but I can admit I have never had my house as clean as when Juan and his staff do it. Every 2 weeks I look forward to seeing them and enjoying the «new» feeling of my home thereafter. The price is fair for the hard work they do. Scheduling is a little flexible but it works for me so I have no issue. Juan is also very good at communicating when/​if there is ever a delay or early arrival.

Juan and his crew have been coming 2x a month for a few years now. They do an excellent job, they are flexible and they are completely trustworthy: one time Juan even found a $ 100 bill from a birthday card we lost in a stack of papers, and made sure to let me know where it was. This is the 3^rd year that Juan and his wife have been cleaning my house. They do a great job of cleaning and are wonderful people… conscientious, responsible, kind, considerate, honest, straightforward and dependable. Just the sort of people who you will feel comfortable having in your home.
Before hiring them to clean my house Juan delivered my NYTimes everyday, in the early hours of the morning for several years. I figured anyone who could maintain that schedule for so long would do well at any job he put his mind to and that has certainly been the case.

Juan Alfonso & his wife Nena have been cleaning our home in Moraga for almost 10 years. They are both competent & trustworthy.
they have a key to our house & often let themselves in. My Mom is 90 & they are always considerate of her needs.
Our house is a always clean & they are willing to do whatever you’d like. Change light bulbs or sheets it is all okay with them.
They also can help out if you have a party or want something special done.
They are always on time. I can’t imagine not having them.
We have had many different cleaners & services before but Juan Alfonso & Nena are the best.
