I am very happy with the new foam in my couch cushions. Great firm foam that also happens to be very light. Very timely service at a reasonable price.

I just picked up my newly made bench seat cushion from Foam and Cushion and I’m thrilled with the quality. I’ve never had anything like this made before and the store owner was so patient about explaining the process and helping me pick out the appropriate foam for the cushion and zipper options. He was kind, informative and extremely honest. The cushion was ready for pickup within the quoted time frame and I was given very good information about how to care for the fabric. Great customer service! I will definitely use Foam and Cushion for future projects.

Upgraded a 20+year old queen sized bed with a new king bed. It was a challenge because my husband needs a very firm mattress for his tweaky back, but my joints get sore sleeping on anything too firm. Grey at Foam and Cushion helped us find the perfect custom foam mattress solution which included a 5″ extra firm base, a 6″ firm layer, and a 1″ latex memory foam topper. This combination turned out to be amazingly comfortable to both of us and has resulted in the best sleep we’ve gotten in years. 5 stars for excellent, expert advice and service, reasonable prices and great quality products.

Amazing customer service with rare integrity.
I went in for a memory foam top for my bed and ended up buying an entire new mattress. They let me try several different types and firmness of cushion and answered all my questions. I never felt pushed or sold to, just helped.
My brother paid to get his couch re-​cushined and i paid for my bed.
The place was clean and nice, the owner down to earth and kind.
Things happen in business that are out of your control, and everyone has a different way of approaching frustration. The owner called me when he found out my mattress was stuck in customs and gave me several options on how we could proceed, including a discount. He kept me up to date, answered all my questions again, and was very kind when I made on decision and then changed my mind.
I recommend Foam and Cushion to everyone I know.

My sister and I decided to come to Foam and Cushion after reading the great reviews here on Unilocal.We were very pleased with the pricing and the level of service we received on our first visit. I went with an entire re-​cushioning of my sectional couch and my sister bought a memory foam bed. We paid and left.
Here is how/​where the 5 STAR review was earned. Like most things in real life, stuff happens and it is not the fact the stuff happens, it is how you deal with it that defines you. After I took delivery on my couch, my wife said that she thought it was too firm. I ordered mid-​level firmness, but knew it would take time to get used to. The owner called me to ask how I was enjoying the couch, I told him what my wife said, he said it might take some time, but that it was the best material possible and would last for many years.
The next day He called me back and told me that a mistake had been made on the ordering, that we received extra firm foam, he said I should bring my cushions back and he would put the proper foam in, once it arrived. Needless to say, I was happy, my wife was happy, and I would never do business anywhere else.
In this day and age it is extremely refreshing to find integrity in business, they lost money on me, but gained a customer for life!

I came in with my wife to have a custom cushion cut for us for an upcoming holiday party we were hosting. The gentleman working the store that day was extremely helpful – he was conscious of our budget and gave us several price options. He brought out samples for us to test, and was generally a good guy to deal with.
We made our decision and put in the order. The gentlemen mentioned that there would be no work done on Thanksgiving week (obviously), but that the week after that was fine. We paid up front.
We received a call a few days later confirming the ready date. I show up on that day and, lo and behold, it’s not ready! I believe I met the owner of the store that day, who placed the blame on the employee I originally spoke to, who apparently wasn’t authorized to put in a direct order himself or something like that. There was also no effort to speed up the order.
There was obviously a gap in communication between the owner and employee, which is understandable, but I thought the owner (I think?) could’ve handled it better. I don’t think I would go back.

They restored the cushions of my sectional to like new. This is a 12 year old sofa that now probably has another 5 years of life… looks great!

Had a sinking feeling to couch so got new foam… in bottom cushions…
Great service very happy couch is good again

I was going to throw away this old sofa of mine. It was in ok shape but the cushion were gone, Foam and Cushion helped with replacing the old foam and were like new again. It brought back new life in that tired sofa.

Thought we would have to get a new sofa… I used Unilocal to find an upholsterer and struck gold. Foam and Cushion did an excellent job on our leather cushions, they are like new. He knows customer service in addition to his trade. So happy!

Just replaced 2 custom Crate & Barrel chair cushions that were flat as pancakes. The new cushions, a full 5 inches thick, are firm and comfortable. Better still, they were made the same day. Friendly, excellent service.

I was extremely pleased by the help I recieved. The sales person even made efforts to save me $$ while improving the quality which beats having to buy a new mattress. If there is another opportunity I will be back.

Months of research driven by my sore neck and my wife’s sore back lead us to seek a latex mattress, more research lead us to
and their retail outlets including this store, Foam and Cushion.
I called ahead to make sure they had the mattress I wanted to test (6″ Talalay medium firmness) and was assured it was there and they were open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:15 and watched the employees put of the «closed» signs. They left the door open and it said they were open until 6:00 so we went in. They said it was a mistake that the closed signs were out (though I’d just watched them put them out?).
I spoke with the same guy who answered the phone earlier that day and without apology he said that they did NOT have the medium firmness 6″ but they did have the ($ 1200 more expensive) 9″ version.
The store was dirty (I’m usually okay with laying down on test mattresses but these clearly were rarely cleaned) and the staff were more interested in their gaming forums than in assisting us. My wife was disturbed by them so we left after only 5 minutes.
While I had a relatively normal experience at Foamorder’s San Francisco store, this store was not just a disappointment: the staff were deceptive, the test mattresses were dirty, and it is a store I would encourage anyone shopping for a latex or foam bed to avoid. I ended up at a nearby store (Community Mattresses) and the owner ended up giving me a better price on a nicer bed that he will custom make with the same latex but a much nicer cover. So I have the negative experience at Foam and Cushion to thank for that I suppose.

Foam & Cushion is the Best! They’ve helped me over the years with foam for guest beds and recently for a Memory Foam topper for my mattress. They can do all types of cushions, bedding, pillows, and more, so if you need to firm up that old sofa, be sure to pay a visit and support this wonderful business!

Foam & Cushion offers really great customer service, a very knowledgeable owner and great quality. I had high-​density foam cushions made for our sofa and love seat to replace the old, soft poly fiberfill that had broken down into a mushy mass over the last 10 years. Foam and Cushion did an excellent job of making custom foam cushions. It’s not cheap, but I know we’ll go back when it’s time to get the seat cushions redone, because we love our furniture and want to keep it for many years to come. I highly recommend this company.
