Dan concentrates on bankruptcy and only bankruptcy cases. As a long-​standing member of the legal community, Dan has developed and sustained critical relationships with other professionals with the goal of making sure his clients achieve the best possible outcome. All of his time, talent and resources are focused on ensuring that you receive the best possible results based on your needs.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara Law School and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He grew up in Northern California and is married with three children. As an established community member, Dan has volunteered as a CYO youth basketball and baseball coach, and has assisted in youth golf tournaments locally.

As part of «paying back» to the community he loves, Dan has donated professional time to to legal clinics in Contra Costa, Santa Clara, Alameda and Sonoma Counties offering legal advice to those with fixed or low incomes and to those who are experiencing temporary financial crisis.

He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California and currently a member of the Contra Costa County Bar. Along with making regular court appearances in front of the Nothern District of California Bankruptcy Courts, Dan has also appeared in front of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9^th Circuit. ber.
