Awesome customer service! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up buying a car from Sammy, he was everything a car salesman should be, it was a pleasure working with him to find the best fit for me.

Just bought a used car from Concord Mazda with a great deal few weeks back and it’s running awsome. I talked with Marie and she is amazing. Marie you rock !!! She helped me a lot and also did the followup for my car’s service. When I got the car, I was hearing some noise next day, but, when I raised my concered with Marie, she did the follow up and arrange the service. Great people to deal with !!!

Leased our third Mazda through Concord Mazda this past week. My wife and I were very satisfied with the service we received. Marie was knowledgeable and professional, explaining all necessary details as needed. The car was ready for our pickup on time, and the financing Manager, «Bumi Lawani» was the best. Very cheerful, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Concord Mazda and give high marks to the management for hiring great people. Marie and Bumi deserve recognition for their excellent customer relations.

I worked with Marie and she was awesome! She took the time to answer all my questions… and I was there for a loooong time! The finance guy (forget his name) was also great to deal with. I’ve never bought a car on the spot like that, but they offered me a solid deal, bought my old car, and didn’t pressure me into anything.
Good people! Plus, I love my new Mazda 6. Such a great car!

Had my 2015 Mazda serviced here and was very happy with the experience. But now, three months later my check engine light is on and they don’t want to see me unless I can come in M to F. I work M to F so I have to go somewhere else?
It seems their only solution is to drive my Mazda with the check engine light on until my next oil change is due since they allow oil changes on weekends.
They won’t even allow me to drive in and have a technician read the code to find out what the issue is. Brianna says shortness of crew and time frame issues are the problem.
Doesn’t sound like a real dealership service operation.

Update on Jan 13, 2016.
The service manager called me and explained that I could do a night drop, something that was not offered as a solution after 3 or 4 frustrating phone calls and e-​mails beforehand. So that was done and the problem is fixed. A recall on a power-​train module which was causing the engine to run rough.
So I’ve updated my rating to 3 stars. I was very frustrated that there was no solution offered earlier… the earlier message I was getting was simply to comply with our policies!

I just bought my new car with them & it was a dream!!! I emailed with Cornelius to hammer out the details & price of my car the day before I went in. he was super responsive & answered all my questions. Once I did go in, they made the whole experience hassle free & very pleasant. I would highly recommend them!

Good service on my 2016 CX5. I have a brake squeak that needed to be checked. A little surprised that I was told this was normal. I have a 2013 CX5 and it does not squeak. My Dodge truck from 1999 and Challenger do not speak. Why is this now normal? I would not of bought this with a squeak. Hopefully the mechanics know more than the service advisor. Overall service level was very good though.

Amazing customer service!!! They have the best interest of the customer in mind and they don’t hassle you or pressure you. This was a great buying experience and based off it I will return here to purchase future cars. I worked with Brian and Patrick, and the financier. (Pretty blonde woman with killer legs) they were all great!!! I will be recommending them to everyone.

Great working with Robert and Eric. They got me out of my lease and into a vehicle I actually liked. Can’t say I will ever lease again, but I will probably do business with DGDG in the future. I definitely recommend working with Robert. I Love my 2012 Ford Edge SEL

Worst service ever! I was working with Sammy who was extremely pushy and overbearing. I had explained that I couldn’t go to the dealership THAT day and his response was, «I can’t hold the car. Others are interested.» I took it as a loss and let him proceed with another buyer. I thanked him for the help he had provided me with but this morning I received the following text:
«It seems that your X3 will be sold today. Someone is coming to put a deposit on it today and come back later to finish the paperwork. You could have done the same.»
Was this text necessary? Needless to say, he is very unprofessional and I will never work with Concord Mazda just because of him and the text I received.

First time car buyer, and the staff at Concord Mazda helped make the experience simple. I am very satisfied with my 2016 Mazda CX-​5 and I am glad the staff at Concord Mazda was able to help me drive off the lot with one. The internet staff is wonderful and answered every email with haste. Initially I was helped out by Brian who is part of their internet team and we were able to agree upon a deal before I was able to come in. Brian was unavailable to finish the deal, but was able to get me in touch with Abraham. My experience with Abraham was wonderful, no nonsense and straight to business and made sure I was able to receive the same deal that I had originally agreed upon with Brian. The day before I was able to come in, Abraham knowing that I would be coming in to the dealership a little bit later the next day had my CX-​5 detailed before hand so that I could leave with a clean car. He also notified me that the CX-​5 was ready to go when i was available to come in. I will be sure to refer any friends and family to Concord Mazda for any future purchases.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle through Concord Mazda and it was a great experience. Marie Anoinette and Brian Hutka helped us out. My wife and I had searched other dealer ships, and buying the car we wanted was very difficult with the buget we had. Concord Mazda was our last stop for the day and I’m glad we stopped there. Marie was great answered all our questions and was real fun to have along with us during the test drive. We basically told Marie what we wanted and Marie, and Brian helped us out which I could not believe was possible, but they did. The whole buying experiance was great! My wife nor myself felt that we were pressured into buying a car right then and there, but we took our time and now we are proud owners of a pontiac vibe. I think in the near future I would do business here again and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. If there was anything to say negative about this place is that their dealrship is relatively small.
Ok so my family and I have had our car for about a month now and we love it, we’ve had a couple of problems in the short time of owning this vehicle here’s what happened so far. About two weeks after purchasing this car the battery died I mean dead not in service, the batteries postitive terminal came loose from the battery and leaked a good portion of the battery acid. When my wife and I purchased this used vehicle It did not occur to us to check the battery terminals on the battery; plus we found out that the battery in the car was manufactured in 2007. We bought a new battery and the car runs like a champ. Recently we took our used car purchased at the DGDG on a road trip and found out that the ac does not work at all which very sad. Our Mechanic said we would have to buy a new AC compresser to get the AC running again which will cost a couple of hundreds of dollars. My wife and I really enjoyed our car shopping experiance at DGDG but after our experiance we would suggest bringing a mechanic with you if your purchasing a used vehicle from this place. I know buying a used car isn’t perfect because you don’t know what to expect with a used vehicle down the road because it’s used, but it is what It is, it’s that we expected thing differently buying at a used car dealership.

Concord Mazda is a great place to buy a car! They have a good selection and great service. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Marie Antoinette was awesome! She helped me with a Mazda6 touring model in deep blue crystal. They beat another local dealer’s price by a good amount and it was a quick, no hassle transaction. Shop around, then call Marie!

I’ve bought a Toyota, an Acura, a Lexus, and a BMW and this was by far the easiest most painless transaction ever.
I live in San Francisco and so Concord while not terribly far, isnt quite «local». Because of this, I wanted to get a price agreed upon before I made the trip out to Concord. I had filled out a form on their website and got a response (not a form machine generated response) from Anibal within 15 min. Keep in mind this was well after the dealership had closed.
We agreed on a price over email in the morning and off to the dealership around lunch. Anibal greeted me, showed me the car, and within 15 – 20 min I was ready to see finance.
Even finance was painless! No pushy sales of extra warranty, extra this, extra that and how I would «really need» xyz. Billy in Finance was great and within 5 – 10 min of starting to sign things I was done.
This whole experience was like night and day from the dealer I had visited the night before (Towne Mazda in Redwood City).
Concord Mazda was great and made the car buy experience a breeze. I highly recommend Anibal. He is Peruvian and even gave me an authentic ceviche recipe!

One would think that with all the big bucks being spent by the mother company at Mazda corp, to promote their cars, their local outlet in the DGDG Group at Concord Mazda would be supportive in closing every sale possible. Well, by my experience this morning, these folks have no interest in selling me a car.
I am a very satisfied former Mazda Miata owner – a 1999 10^th Anniversary edition I purchased as a first car for my daughter – who would like to return to the Miata fold. All of the pre-​release reviews and promotion from Mazda have worked on me. I have been waiting with much anticipation an opportunity to see and touch the new 2016 MX-​5 Miata. This morning (8−12−15,) while having my Saturn Sky roadster serviced next door to the Concord Mazda service center, I found one of display and got to sit in the new model. Unlike the previous generation Miata, which I found uncomfortable, this new car seems to fit me like a glove. .. it feels good! I like it. .. I’m half sold already.
My Saturn service completed, I drove my roadster over to the Concord Mazda sales lot to complete my shopping. .. all I needed was a short drive around the block to see if it drives as good a it feels sitting still. The reaction I received from sales staff immediately took the wind out of my sails. .. They seemed to indicate that maybe there are some performance issues not reflected in the numerous good reviews from third-​party sources. I was told that test drives were only available after purchase, and that it would be another 3 months before a driving experience could be had.
It makes no sense to me to be expected to spend $ 35-​$ 40,000.00 with ZERO time behind the wheel.
I have walked in their shoes. .. Based on my seven years of experience in auto sales snd management, I understand that some times it is necessary to restrict test drives. My real disappointment is that the Concord Mazda sales team on duty this morning didn’t see my being at their door, my red roadster parked on their lot, as a sales opportunity. The fact that their policy would not allow them to offer me a test drive seems becomes just one of any number of objections that a well trained auto sales team knows they need to overcome before the sale is made. That just didn’t happen. I was allowed to get back into my roadster and drive away.
Since 1992 I have paid cash for every car I have bought. This could have been a quick sale for Concord Mazda had the morning sales team shown any interested in doing their job. Instead, I’m gong around, kicking dust, telling anyone who will listen how dissatisfied I am in my experience at Concord Mazda. It will be a cold day in Hades before I will subject myself to the non-​professional treatment that I experience at Concord Mazda this morning. I will continue my shopping elsewhere.

First time new car buyer and I wanted to say that Art from Concord Mazda was so awesome. He gave me the best price and the exact 2016 Mazda CX-​5 Touring AWD package that I wanted. Art was friendly, funny, and never pressured me into anything. I love the comfortable environment the whole dealership had and I would definitely recommend everyone to go their when buying a Mazda.

Let it be known, Abraham Seminario is a true badass. Thanks to him and the rest of the Concord crew, my car-​buying experience was a great one. Abraham was a pleasure to work with via email, on the phone, and in person. Special mentions must also go out to his brother Sammy, as well as Sales Manager Eric, and Billy in Finance. These guys all went above and beyond to give me a great deal on the car I wanted, a beautiful new Mazda3. Product Specialist Robert even delivered it to me in Oakland. That’s like 25 miles. Now that I think of it, I tried to give Robert a tip for the extra effort, but he refused. Really, everybody at the shop was great, and I’d recommend it to anyone who appreciates no-​hassle, no-​BS car-​shopping.
By the way, if you’re looking for the reliability of a Japanese compact, but with a bit of Euro-​influenced styling, I urge you to check out the Mazda3. It’s my first Mazda, but probably won’t be my last.

In the past buying a car was a lot like being constipated. You know it’s looming, but you’re hesitant because you know it’s going to be a long, painful ordeal, that you will just have to bite your lip and push through. Once it’s out, you feel great., but you never forget the painful ordeal. (See my review about Lehmer’s GMC Buick)
This was not the case with Concord Mazda. We went online, choose the car and trim level, gave them the information on our trade, and within an hour we set an appointment with Felipe Burga. I was still fairly skeptical at this point, and ready for some hardcore haggling, but they proved me wrong from the get-​go. Felipe was incredibly professional, he had the car waiting for a test drive, and maintained a VERY low pressure environment the entire time. The deal took about an hour to write, and an hour to finance. All in all we spent two and half hours at the dealership. No bullsh*t, no «let me check with my sales manager», none of the usual games. They really mean what they say when it comes to the price of the car, and add-​ons. It’s all cut and dry. Now THIS is how it should be.

My boyfriend and I had gone to two different dealerships (Honda Serramonte and Hyundai Serramonte) prior to coming to Concord Mazda. It was our last stop of the day and after horrible treatment from both dealerships, we were tired, cranky, and just about to give up.
We had our eye on the Mazda3 iSport hatchback and when we walked into the dealership we were greeted by an angel by the name of Rico Principe. Not only did he treat us with respect, but he was so knowledgable and helpful and friendly!
He was the first person we dealt with that day that didn’t dismiss us just because we were young. He walked us through and explained in detail not only the car, but also the credit score process, lease agreement, haggling with his manager, the trade-​in value of our current car, etc.
If this is your first time buying/​leasing a car, come to Concord Mazda and ask for Rico! He helped us out so much and was so detailed in his explanations and so upfront about everything. Nothing like the horror stories you hear about car salesmen.
And because of that (and also the fact that he got us AN AMAZING DEAL), we left today with our BRAND NEW 2015 BLACK MAZDA-​3 iSPORT!!!
We love it so much and we cannot thank Rico enough for treating us so well.
