Established in 1990.

We started our business in 1990. It has always been family owned and operated. After a year we added screen repair. After 10 years we added pressure washing. Our two sons worked as window cleaners while attending college. They have graduated and moved on to their own professions. We now run Clearview as a Mom and Pop business which how it started.

Have used Their Gutter Cleaning service for a number of years. I have a Tile roof, and they do an Excellent job. No broken tiles. Always brings his camera and show me ‘whats up’ on the roof and anything that should be address WITH PICTURES. Always on time, and never a mess. Will continue to use their service.

I totally agree with EVERYTHING that the reviewer, named Matthew M, wrote! I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews done on Clearview, because they ALL should be 5 stars!
Long story short, you won’t be disappointed! Larry is the owner who personally cleans your windows. I KNEW the moment I spoke to him on the phone, that Clearview was the one for me! He not only has a great personality, and is very friendly, but most importantly, he’s trustworthy! Both him and his son were hard at work ensuring that my windows were spotless! I just love family owned businesses!
My windows resembled «haunted house» windows and now it seems
as if I have a brand new house! I can see CLEARLY now! lol In the past 10 years, I’ve had many various companies that have cleaned my 22 windows for my one story house and Clearview has done the BEST job out of them all! I will be calling on Larry for as long as he is in business! Clearview EXCEEDED all my expectations!

I saw an ad for Clearview Window Cleaning in the Goodstuff coupon book and decided to give them a call for an estimate. I was quite surprised to find out that the man who answered my call, Larry Miller, was actually the owner of the business. He was very friendly and after asking me a few questions about my home over the phone, was able to give me a good estimate of the overall price of the job. When he arrived at my home, he came on time and did an excellent job. My one story home was only 155.00 which included the cleaning of my screens and the wiping of window tracks. Larry works with his son who, at the time, had just graduated from college so they seemed to work good as a father-​son team. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to whoever is thinking of having their windows cleaned.
