Not very reliable property manager. Office is always close. Apartments are small and expensive plus you have to play extra $ 95/​month for utilities.

I have lived here for a little over a year now. It was great at first, but then things started changing. They put a new parking assignment in place which made no sense because everyone had their own spot before. The way they organized it was ridiculous. Everyone had to come to the office to pick their own spot. It made it very difficult for me to make it down there with the timeframe they gave. 10am-12:45 and 3pm-​5 wed.-sat. First come first serve. I have a full time job and cannot take time off just to pick my parking spot. So by the time I could go there the only spot left was in the parking garage, which is on the other side of the property. I was pretty upset at the fact that I have been able to park near my place for a year and now I must park on the other side of the property.
Not to mention, my boyfriend used to park in the garage and he car was broken into twice and many valuable things were stolen. The management told us it was not their problem, even though their security gates were not even working. They are horrible!
Needless to say I cannot wait until our lease it up so we can get out of here.
DO NOT RENT FROM CLAYTON GARDENS! They don’t care about the people, they just want the money. They are very rude and unprofessional.

I find this place on Craigslist and went to check it out. The apartments are ok. Small and older. Parking sucks. Rudest and most unprofessional property manager I have ever met.
