Chef Jeff & Co. offers a service not easily found: Personal Chef Service. We create healthy, affordable individually-​portioned meals. Simply heat them up and eat them up in only 10 – 15 minutes so that you can be on your way. We know you’ve got more important things to do than worry about what’s for dinner.

We also offer unique catering services for both business events and personal special events. As with our personal chef menus, all offerings are made completely from scratch, with only the freshest ingredients. Whether your event is small and intimate or grand and lavish, we will impress your guests. All of our offerings are chef-​inspired and chef-​created.

Ours is a new dinner concept. In 2003, Chef began his research, where he combined, tested and perfected the marriage of two cooking methods: Once-​a-​Month-​Cooking (OAMC) and Sous Vide (cooking in a vacuum). The purpose of this research was to prepare seasonal healthy foods that can be frozen and reheated in a way that naturally preserves nutrition and flavor.

Our individually-​portioned meals — which include no preservatives and are low in salts, fats and sugars — can be heated easily and quickly. We create your weekly menus at our commercial kitchen and have them ready for pickup or delivery on Fridays and Saturdays. That means you don’t have to worry about a kitchen invasion.
