Meet the Business Owner

Dana S.

Business Owner

After 25 years in Corporate America Dana stepped out of her comfort zone to follow her food passion purchasing a friend’s small café business. From that beginning through today she has created a food revolution in Downtown Concord. With innovative vegetarian creations like Sweet Potato Pesto Wraps, Caramelized Beet Salad, Southern Veggie Burgers and Spiced Kale she creates flavor combinations that take many by surprise. Even her tradition fare is foodie brag worthy — Home Style Chicken and Dumplins, House Made Chicken Salads, Potato Salad, Crab Cakes and Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Promoting healthy eating options is at the forefront of Dana’s food philosophy.
