I have been going to Artinian Jewelry for 32 years here in Concord. If you want something done right the first time and with great quality and customer service you need to stop in. Always helpful and kind.

I had a necklace restrung. It took 2 weeks at about $ 25, which was fine. However, the shop charged me $ 34 (!) on a metal magnetic clasp. Clasps like these are about $ 5. I do not mind being charged double or triple the price, but a seven times surcharge is a little too much. I had another string and also a wedding ring that I planned to do there, but will go to someone else instead.

I have had nothing but the best service from here, just had my wedding rings re-​sized and wanted to be able to wear my «mommy» ring with my wedding ring but it was yellow gold and they were able to dip the ring in white gold. It looks amazing!!! I couldn’t be happier!

Lovely experience with ear piercing for my 9 year old daughter. The ladies in the shop were warm and friendly and made the experience smooth and easy.

Got a call from the store yesterday that my engagement ring was ready. Picked it up today and just wanted to say thanks. It looks gorgeous!!! Your husband did a marvelous job! Please tell him how happy I am.
And very fittingly… today happens to be our 20^th wedding anniversary. Nice to be all put back together for the occasion.

I wish I had read the Unilocal review before I brought my jewry in for repair. I brought in a jade pendant which was given to me by my mom and had great sentimental value to me to the store for a larger jump ring. Told the lady the story and that the clasp on the pendant is platinum and I want the jump ring to be platinum and wielded together. It took 2 weeks for the store to get it done and charged me $ 30 for the small jump ring. No problem, as I know platinum is expensive and hard to work with.
Then I noticed that only the jump ring would change color when I go swimming when the original clasp and chain (also platinum) wouldn’t. 6 – 7 month later, my 5 month old grabbed the pendant and yanked it off the chain. Initially I thought the chain gave. Then I realized that the jump ring had opened up. Now suspicious of the store’s low quality work, I brought the pendant to a different Jewry store (if you need any work done head over to Maynard Goddard Richard goldsmith, they do good honest work there). And Richard confirmed my suspicion: the jump ring is not platinum, not even white gold, but just plain silver. Yes. They charged me $ 30 for a small silver jump ring and passed it off as platinum. Dishonest and disgraceful. I want to shop local, buy local. But this is the last time I will ever spend any money at this store and I recommend you the same. Since honesty is one of major quality that you need look for especially in purchasing and/​or repair Jewry.

I was seeking a local jewelry store to do some minor repair work on some basic items (not high ticket). I chose this store in the heart of Concord Center. I regret that I did. I brought three items in.
1) They could not locate a part for one watch — no problem, it’s understandable.
2) They replaced the battery and replaced a pin in a 2^nd watch, which cost me $ 31.00. They did not check about sizing and I had to remove links myself after spending $ 31 on repairs. I think this is at least double what it should have cost.
3) They restrung a silver beaded necklace that was sitting in my jewelry box. I asked for an estimate and they told me $ 20. It actually cost $ 36.00.
I could not be more unhappy with this whole experience, and I will never return. When I called to respectfully express my dissatisfaction, the woman said that she hopes they’ll do a better job next time. Sorry, there won’t be a next time!
