David J.

Business Owner

A very close friend, Michael J Wagner who is a Culinary Institute Of America Chef, Mike appeared with Julia Childs at her 75^th birthday at the James Beard House in New York. Mike taught David how to be creative, productive, and never stop learning. Mike Trained David for three years of side by side training in Italian and French Cuisine. David wants to thank Chef Mike Wagner for taking David’s culinary skills to the next level. David furthered his education, studying at Marriott Waterfront Hotel in San Francisco as an Apprentice with the American Culinary Federation, but left to spend more time with his son. Chef David is also an award-​winning pastry chef. Chef David won Season one Episode three of Chef Hunter and became Executive Chef of Les Halles Downtown in the Financial District of New York. As Executive Chef, David was one of the best chefs Les Halles has had in 20 years, achieving an A grade from the New York Health Department for a whole year without inspection. David is curren
