This subway has the worst customer service and it so dirty i couldn’t believe my eyes there was straw wrappers on the floor and black footprints soda spilled everywhere, then i see an employee walking to a table so i think oh yeah maybe hes going to clean it but he just throws the trash on the floor and sits down to be on his phone im just in disbelief really

This location is okay. Every time I go, the line is long and service kind of slow. I love cilantro on my sandwiches and stopped coming here because they didn’t supply it. I was so glad to finally see it last week. The young Latino guy who made my sandwich was super efficient and friendly. There was a fly around the food and I pointed it out to him. He fanned it away. He walked away to replace some veggies a few minutes later and covered up my sandwich. I was happy and thanked him for that.

After reading the reviews, I couldn’t figure out why my recent experiences have been so drastically different until I looked at the date. They must have changed their entire staff within a year because the staff is far below satisfactory. They are quick, but they have no idea what they are doing. First time I came in a few weeks ago, they didn’t spread any of the meat and cheese out so all the cheese and meat was on one side of the bread, I had to repeat myself multiple times and they would constantly swap employees making my sandwich, not like an assembly line but just randomly having people switch off, one of the guys there completely wreaked of weed, from my management background, that’s an automatic termination. I’m assuming because he was high that is why he was so terrible at making my sandwich, I had to literally step by step explain to him how to put stuff on my sandwich. I would provide the individuals name but he did not wear a name tag. Then they did not know how to ring me up at the end. I just thought that they were having an off day. Went back two more times, both of these experiences were the same. Many health code violations, seen them touch their face and money and then handle food without changing their gloves, this is the main reason why I will not be coming back to this location. Today, an employee told me they don’t carry pepper jack… Which is a lie because that’s all I get when I order sandwiches from Subway. Then she just grabbed a handful of provolone and just dropped it on my sandwich. They don’t bother to space out the ingredients at all. They are not very personable, just robotic. Then they ring me up wrong in the end, not going to complain about it because it was cheaper than what I ordered, but this has been consistent every time I go here. In my opinion, they need to have a training or a workshop and teach everyone there how to do their job, as a customer I should not be the one telling them how to do their job correctly. This location is almost as if everyone was just hired within a month and was not given any training on how to work there. I’ll give two stars because the food is not terrible but it’s not great, or as fresh as they say, but this is every subway not just this location and the service was timely. This is probably going to be my last subway experience though, I’ll spend an extra $ 2 and go to jersey mikes or togos.

Good subway next to a game stop and sheriffs office Clean staff is friendly and service is good. Breakfast is good too after a nice work out at the gym in the mornings 24 is right around the corner :)

i come here once in while to get lunch after my Best Buy run. Small place they do the standard greeting when entering they have 3 to 4 working the counter making sandwiches only downside is checkout time can take a while i dont know what it is i always end up behind the slow people.

This is one of the best Subway’s I’ve been to customer service wise. They’ve shown patience and they greet you when you walk in the door. It’s always clean and they tell you about the unposted specials if you ask.(The reason for the 3 stars) However, there is a dyed blonde there in the mornings with a bad attitude. She never smiles and is lacking in customer service skills… okay, I’m being nice, she sucks, all the other girls are great. customer service is everything.
