Love this place, came to check out a car I found for sale. Their staff was super helpful, they had the car clean and ready to go for a test drive. Best of all, they weren’t pushy whatsoever.
I had one of their mechanics also run through the car with me, I was truly blown away by their honesty…
Honesty is key ‘n they’ve got my trust.

Randy is the man! I bought a 2004 Mercedes SL from them 6 months ago, and it’s never had any problem! Even though I love quite a bit awag, I saw they had the car I want, at a price worth paying and they definitely pulled through on it! Randy and the rest of the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Highly recommended to anyone in the area especially considering all the services they offer. Randy was telling me how they’ve been around for so long and there’s a reason for that, which I’ve seen first hand.

I will never buy a car from them again I just bought a Nissan Maxima 4 months ago my car was making wired noise so I toke it to Nissan dealer to take a look at it they told me the place I bought the car made a Mickey Mouse to my car they charging me 6000 fix it I call randy to explain to him he really didn’t care cuz bank paid him so his hands are clean nothing worry about sad that they take advantage of girls never again

This is the 2^nd time I stopped at this place ironically because my dad said go because i was doing something in the area. The customer service is Horrendous!!! unless you’re a dude! When i arrived the guy looked at me almost with disdain when I asked for a oil change. The guy doing my oil change sat a good 10 min finishing his food before he got up and brought the pan over to work on my car. I should have just gone to my regular guy. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! IT WILL BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE!!!

So, my car had been making a bad noise and I thought it was my brakes so I had my handy nephew replace them. Still made the noise. He wasn’t sure if it was the calipers or the wheel bearings. I fretted for a week about where to take it. Since the management changed at Discount Tire in Long Beach, I just haven’t felt comfortable taking my car there any more. Even Pep Boys has tried to mess with me when I used them. And I didn’t know anywhere else to take it.
Good Old Unilocal!I read the reviews on here and decided to try Mr. Auto. I only told Randy about the brakes and that it might be the calipers. He found out that it was definitely the bearings. Drat!!! But he offered me two solutions and actually tried to get me to go for the less expensive one, but I felt the more expensive one would be a more permanent fix so I went with that.
Even though I took it in the afternoon of Black Friday, he had it ready for me on Saturday morning. Randy is great! He told me if I have any problems, just bring it back. He stands behind his work. Even though I went with the more expensive option, it was still way less than I expected to pay for that kind of job.
Thanks, Randy!!! I will be back when my 10-​year-​old car needs something else!

If you’re looking for great prices, friendly customer service, quick and efficient service and peace of mind then this is your place. My car needed brakes and an oil change. I’m not usually in the area but I happened to stop by on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. Mr. Auto is worth driving the distance because I know my car will be fixed correctly and without the typical «women don’t know about cars» mentality.

This place is fantastic! The amiable staff makes getting my car fixed less tedious and more pleasurable. The owner, Randy, is great and truly takes pride in his customers. If you’re not happy neither is he! This place truly puts the customer first and that is why I keep coming back!
