They need a Hoodie award for theses donuts and coffee and dont sleep on the turkey jalapeño croissant. Made fresh on site, the best time is between 6 and 8 when the glaze had cooled, they melt in your mouth. My mom comes all the way from ontario for donuts. the owner is so sweet, and on the weekends her daughter works there and is so patient and pleasant with ever customer. Well loved in the donut community, they even speak spanish and ebonics

I can’t believe i haven’t reviewed Fresh Donuts yet. This place has been around for years and is a favorite. If you are looking for your average (under $ 1) donut that tastes great then this is the place. The raised donuts are light and soft the way I like them. The glaze is perfect too. Not too much, like Krispy Kreme.
It should be noted that this place is also a favorite for lotto scratchers. Patrons are there from open to close scratching lotto tickets (and winning!). I have been especially lucky but twice I have purchased the $ 20 book of tickets and both times got my money back in winnings. (Breaking even is winning too!!)

This place gets 5 stars for the soft, sugary sweet, doughy and fluffy donut holes alone. I no longer live in Compton (it’s been years), but once I had a taste of these donut holes at my job I knew I would be visiting soon. The location is pretty easy to reach. There’s a private parking lot for an easy in and out experience. The place is under construction, but I was not bothered by this. All I care about are the donut holes. The customer service I received was great as well. I was greeted, asked what I wanted, and my desires were fulfilled. That’s all a person can ask for in a donut shop. A must try if you are in the area. Oh and they stay open late on Sunday’s (’til 9pm). Sweet.
