Ernie Murrillo was the young man that helped me today. What a sweet and professional employee with a great big smile. He approached me immediately, I told him I needed a smog, he explained how many cars were ahead of me so I knew what to expect. Attitude and great customer service will make me drive a little further than a place with no line and like the place I used to go to acted like he was doing me a favor or like he just plain hated his job, no wonder his shop there was no wait and this place had a lot of cars. I have my phone, I can entertain myself. You give me great customer service, I’m giving you my money, not sour puss face…
