The cleanliness of the tools & the hygiene of the dentist was a concern. I was a new patient while checking my teeth the dentist was eating & spitting while talking, while my mouth was open (totally grossed me out) I tried to be fair and not pass judgment. Only to find out that I had to make another appointment for cleaning and/​or work done which as not explained to me when I made the appointment.
