I LOVE CAbi and have been an avid collector for over 9 years now. CAbi clothes are designer quality, stylist, fit REAL women, wash well and are very comfortable. Traveling in France last summer I received so many compliments on my CAbi outfits for very fashionable French women LOL — I think this is another great testimonial to CAbi! J’aime CAbi!

I have not ever seen more ludicrous or false reviews of anything on Unilocal.Apparently you can write whatever you want and it will go up here for anyone else to read.
CAbi is well made, stands 100% behind the quality of the product, and I have never, ever encountered a problem. The customer service reps are most willing to listen (try to get a Nordstrom or Macy’s rep on the phone); if there is a problem the return shipping is nominal, the exchange price is FREE. Refunds are now directly back to a credit card.
The company is not perfect, however if you feel «obligated» to go to your friend’s house, I would think you should rework your friends, not your shopping.
I LOVE my clothes. They fit, they flatter, they are price point fair.
STOP trashing the company I get 85% of my clothes from before you attempt to work with their reps; you’re smearing a good company filled with altruists.

Overpriced clothing of mediocre quality sold by a company with horrific/​abusive return policies/​schemes.
I went to a CAbi party/​trunk show hosted by a friend and felt obligated (to my friend) to purchase something. While the clothes are stylish enough, they are highly overpriced. At CAbi’s pricepoints, I’d have been happier to hit Nordstrom or Bloomingdales or a favorite boutique and choose from a wider variety of options. Anyhow, I ended up ordering two identical items (one in a color which was not available for show at the party) w/​the understanding that returns are simple and nonproblematic. When I received my order, I felt the tops were not worth the money. I received a refund paper CHECK (antiquated return system?) almost 2 months later and guess how much was deducted from my refund — just under $ 16.00!!! What is that?! Some ridiculous restocking fee? The whole thing was a waste of money and time. Never going to a CAbi party again. I’m sticking with shopping in stores and boutiques that I know and love.
