Was just there recently, got there and waited an hour and a half to be seen by some muscle bound dude in a tight shirt with an overly seriously face who was supposed to be the doctor. I guess he had just come back from Rage. He was very narrowminded about my condition and didnt know I had already gotten another opinion. He said surgery and the other doctor didnt. This leads me to believe they do surgeries for the money, when its not necessary.
Ive seen other doctors here before and they have a lot of dreadful, overly intense weirdo’s working here. This was the first time Ive had an encounter with the tanning salon frequenting doctor with the boorish and non-​resonating personality. I mean, he was as cold and distant AS IT GETS. He was also rude and talked over me, seemed impatient. His name is Dr. Feldman. Wouldnt hurt to crack a smile, Jesus christ are you for real? I wouldnt let him operate on me for all the tea in China, FU if you think that. I would never let someone touch me who is already thinking «surgery» and has all the personality of an unwashed frying pan. Hes so dedicated to working out his pecs, he can’t smile, because it takes more muscles to frown.
They order xrays galore, they are very xray happy here. I was told by someone else there «They won’t give you any time off from your work unless you’re bleeding and crawling on the floor». Yes, I thought it was very odd that I was injured on the job and should REST my body parts, but instead was thoughtlessly scribbled some work restrictions and told to go back. «Here, take tylenols and go back to work, stretch it out».
I asked what will heal my body part and Dr. Feldman said not to move it, so why didnt I get time off? One doctor there says one thing, another doctor there says another, meanwhile he’s talking over me the entire time. Shit personality that one! Ugh, what a turn off. I left disgusted. I couldnt even IMAGINE him smiling, or conveying a sense of warmth towards anyone. That means ANYONE, even the others at the bar. Furthermore, I cannot even believe he’s a doctor. I am disappointed by every Dr. Ive seen here for that matter, the bald headed intense weirdo, the old guy who occasionally cracks jokes. hey, at least he cracks jokes, but even he doesn’t have the sense to give me some time off. They are doing a real disservice here, because my not getting time off resulted in my issues worsening. Stupid idiots!
I also object to the «nose in the air» staff all wearing long white coats as if they went to school for ten to fifteen years. White coat lengths correspond to the level of training a physician has received after completing requirements for medical school, when they have become M.D.‘s or D. O’s, and onwards. not beauty school drop outs who did not suffer for their craft. You REALLY need to change that policy at your place of employment. They did not EARN wearing long white coats.

11÷12÷15 I have an appointment here at 815am here on time don’t get seen till 845 I’m done with all test now I’m waiting for 20 mins or more to get sign off on medical card. Remember I had an appointment for today and they only have one doctor great this place has always suck don’t know why my company continues to use them

First thing you have to know, you’re going to be waiting a long time to finally get seen. Each time I have come in during my doctors appointments I’m kept waiting one to two hours to finally get seen.
The good thing is at least their physical therapists help out and they provided me with a heating pad, cold pack, anti-​inflammatory, muscle relaxers, and some acetaminophen for my injury.
Bring a jacket too, it can get cold

Amazing service for urgent care, I wasn’t expecting this due to the reviews, as soon as I walked in, they asked me why I was there, stated my reasons, and they moved me into a room quickly offered ice packs until the doctor was available, they also kept coming to check on me frequently and made me feel beyond comfortable. The staff was nothing more than amazing, I got treated and had x rays done in less than 2 hours and I was out the door.

When in at 6pm, didn’t come out till 11pm, it was just a check up and I was the only patient-​_​–

Worst place ever!!! Even with an appointment, took almost 3 hours to complete my commercial medical card renewal! Waited in a cold room for the doctor almost 40 minutes!, and when he did arrived, he spent less than 5 minutes with me! I should have gone somewhere else!

Not a good experience. Was attended by PA the first two times. Uncaring and not interested in patient but corporate care. Terrible!!! Worst care I’ve ever received hands down.

It’s a nice place but the wait is horrifying and the staff sucks!!, to be precise they delivered no people skills nor consideration towards patients.

I mean seriously does this place need anymore bad reviews? This place is ridiculous! Came in with my husband for his workers comp. His knee hurts to the point where he cant even go down a staircase without his knee hurting. These «doctors» who shouldn’t even call themselves that, clearly dont care about their patients health. They are more focused on saving employers insurance companies money and are not on the side of the hurt employees. After a 5 ½ hour wait, yes FIVE and a half hour wait, my husband was given a knee brace and tylenol. Seriously? ! We could have saved time and just went to cvs to get that. They took xrays and didnt even bother to show my husband the xrays. My husband was refused an MRI because thats the «process» of workers comp. On top of that, staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. No sense of urgency or care. Worst experience ever! I will be looking into contacting corporate.

A little over four hours to complete a DOT physical. The longest I’ve ever had. It took four pokes before they found a vein to draw blood from.

I’ve been coming to this place off and on since I injured by back at work in 2012. Nothing has changed. Every visit takes over 2 hours even with an appointment. They have me see a different doctor every time and they never seem to know what’s going on. I came in to get the results of an MRI and they don’t have any records of it. Wow. I now have to wait because they are hoping someone will fax over the results since they are not here. There really is nothing I can say good about this place except that it’s cold inside which is pretty good since it’s been really warm recently. I’ve read every other comment here and unfortunate, they are all true. Go elsewhere if possible.
I’ve seen the chiropractor next door and it’s GREAT! They don’t lag on appointments and Dr. O’Keefe is amazing. Very calm and laid back. He makes you feel comfortable.

This place is extremely rude everybody in the front has a upset face almost like if you call them the B word … in my most recent visit I left my wallet behind in the examination room when I called their office to check if someone had turned it in The lady that answered put me in a three second hold and told me it wasn’t there, like if she didn’t care And didn’t even check, very offended no need to be this rude… shame on them. If that wasn’t enough overall wait 2 hours 45 minutes.

I arrived a little after 7 am at the clinic for a physical exam and a TB test thinking that I was going to get in, take care of business and get out. 2 hours later… I was finally seen by a nurse for my TB test. Then had to wait longer after that, freezing in a hospital gown, for a doctor to do my physical exam, which was an absolute joke! 3 hours of my life was wasted at this place and I will never come here again. I complained a couple of times at the receptionist because there wasn’t really a lot of other people waiting in the clinic with me and I came in very early in the morning. I was trying to avoid paying my co-​pay at Kaiser. But my experience at this place was so horrible, that I’ll suck it up and pay my co pay next time. Never again!!!

I was there at 9:45a.m till 11:00a.m total hours was 2 hours and 45 minutes just to removed the stitches from my left knee. The truth is! I hate going there and I don’t have any choice because my work send me to the working compensation at the Commers.
Oh by the way, it seems like the employees (females) who work in the front desk, they wear heavy makeup on they’re face… Marie who work in the Orthopedic Department in the front desk she never smile nor she doesn’t greet the patients.
The place is horrible and the waiting time taking forever just to wait for your turn.

Worse experience ever!!! Came for a random drug test. There was 2 people on front of me. Been 50 mins and nothing yet.

The wait time here is horrendous. I am sitting in an exam room waiting for a simple pre-​employment physical. I have already been here over an hour since check-​in at the front desk. Ridiculous. And it’s freezing in this damn hospital gown. Jesus Christ.

Walked in and was told to sign in. I did so and began to wait. Theres a big sign stating if you have been waiting for more than15 mins notify the receptionist. I was waiting about 30 I told the front desk (Who by the way lloks like she hates her job) all she said while smacking her gum was I’ll be calling you up soon. Not very friendly at all. I believe her name was Marisol. Who knows maybe she was having a bad day but sheesh!
Prepare to wait FOREVER even when it looks empty. The waiting process is longer than what you are there for. In my case it was For a TB shot. Some of the Staff needs to work on being a little more polite. Never once did I Get a «HELLO» a smile or even a look in the face… it was like wham, bam, get out! Next! Lol

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, I had major pain in my back, and they were treating me like there was nothing wrong. This place is a joke, the doctor didn’t even touch me, and said I’m fine. I wen’t to my own Dr and was told I had a major issue. I brought the MRI with me to the clinic, and they refused to give it back to me after I asked multiple times. Its my MRI! I paid for it, and they have no right to keep it. Also the front receptionists were extremely rude, she lost the paper work and made me stand up for 2 hours, 2 HOURS?! I almost fainted while they kept me standing. Steer far and clear of this place, you are nothing to them but a paycheck. Before I came here I went and got an MRI done, and I paid for it myself.

Went to their Urgent Care. Woman at front desk handling insurance was a total jerk. She pretended not to see me multiple times, and then said, «oh, I was looking for you.» I felt TERRIBLE, and she could have cared less. Totally inconsiderate, unhelpful, rude, and fake nice. Unprofessional.

Going to US Healthworks was like going on a bad date. I waited for so long for a tiny prick.
I’m talking about my TB test. What were you thinking?
Anyhow, I could have gone to Kaiser and paid my co-​pay and gotten my TB test, but I chose the cheap route; go to US Healthworks with the paperwork that work gives me and pay nothing. I should have paid the $ 15 and gone to Kaiser.
Whenever I’ve come here I always feel like I’ve walked into a parallel universe. You pull into the parking lot that has spaces large enough to accommodate Mini Coopers and then walk in. Place is okay looking. They must have remodeled in the past few years ago. But the clientele is what makes me think I should have paid the $ 15 at Kaiser. I feel like Jennifer Grey in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off when she has to sit next to Charlie Sheen at the police station. I’ve never had such a titillating conversation though. It’s more like I sit there and repeat the mantra, «Do not make eye contact. Do not make eye contact…»
If you must, then do. If you have other options, then do.
