Love this place! Me and my fiancé have had to store some of the things our baby has grown out of (apartment living lol) and our seasonal items. It’s clean, and the staff is friendly. Claudia and Michelle are very helpful!

I’ve had my unit 4+ years and while I like the facility, I’m looking now to take my business elsewhere. While they’ve raised my unit rate every year, this year they hiked it an outrageous $ 240 a year. Just like that. When I tried to talk to them about the rate increase and said wouldn’t stay because of that increase, they shrugged. They could care less.

Been with this company for over a year now. I have no complaints. They gave me a rental truck to use with my move and first month free rent. They bill my credit card automatically. The facility is clean and safe. It’s a short distance from L.A. and there rates were much better than the ones I could find locally.

Just had my RV broken into and items stolen. No security or cameras. They didn’t even call the police when they saw the vehicle was damaged. They said it was my problem. If you care about what you store don’t use them…

I am so disappointed in the management of this company. I use storage units a lot. I had 7 units there at one time. The manager Adrian was so helpful, managed my units with no problems & gave me a great deal on the first month of each unit. Please note, I was in each unit anywhere from 2 months to 4 – 5 months. Then I found out they fired him because of the deal he was giving me. I have never been more disappointed in a company. What is happening to customer service??? I guess with some companies, money is more important. Not a company I want to do business with. I am slowly, but surely, finding other places to use for my storage purposes. Sad that this is what our world is coming to. :-(

The facility is well secured and clean.
HOWEVER I had a head ache trying to pay my units rent online. Its advertised to be hassle free, and you can do it at anytime for your convenience. So it was after business hours, I created an account and paid, ONE month. I received my emailed receipt for much more then what my units cost is. I realized some how it doubled the months on the website while I was processing my payment. I knew it was after hours so I called the next morning to get refunded for the extra amount
(I am very low on cash and I didn’t know if I would be staying the next month)
The manager told me that there was nothing they could do as their system does not allow refunds after 1 Business Day. He had a too bad, so sad attitude about the situation which infuriated me– Where is the customer service here?! After going back and forth about how there was nothing they could do– I informed him I had worked with merchant services before and he could either call them and they would process the refund. OR they could have a check mailed out for the over payment, I even offered to come pick it up. He informed me he would look into it and call me back. He didnt call me back I had to continue to follow up and then after 5 or so days they advised me that in order for them to Mail me a Check, I had to fill out paperwork stating I would be moving out in 30 days (I didnt know if I would need to move out or not, and management advised me that it really didnt matter if I was or not I just needed to fill it out)
I went out to their office, filled out the paper work and then they told me I would be rec’ the check in a few days.
Well, of course as I suspected its now the 4^th and I still have not seen anything in the mail. I ended up needing to stay for the month so I called to see if I could have them just cancel the check and use it towards this month. Of course NOW they tell me– they were waiting for me to move out of the unit before they mailed a check…
Well– Nobody told me that! Not a huge deal but just shows me the lack of organization, the poor level of customer service and the non existent customer friendly policies.
I also didn’t go into the hassle I went through to get the discounted rate I found advertised on a affiliate website (that I had already locked into place with this facility, they tried to not honor it come the day I was moving my stuff in)
