My review is for my experience today. I went in to buy coffee today. As I was walking inside one of the employee was about to greet me and out of no where a loud voice Screamed «WE’RE CLOSE.» I didn’t see her or was able to see where the load voice came from, that as I was trying to search for the person’s location, she scared me and her co– worker in shock with her second announcement «we close «almost as she was posses with a tone that I am not welcome. I stopped by yesterday at the same time and every Tuesday always buy coffee, cookies, plus an apple to take home for a treat.
Honestly the place is great, but the shift manager needs to learn how to have manners and be polite. Rather then laughing, leaning on the table, distracting her employees focus on their stations. I left with no desire to come back as a custumer for the past 2 years. Being frequent custumer every Tuesday.

Despite the rain and me freezing my butt off. I wanted a Toffee Frappucino from this place. We use to have this store in Hawaii, nestled in the Waikele Outlet, and I just adored it. I enjoyed watching the workers cover the apples and make different concoctions.
Service:
On top of their game! My son and I were quickly greeted. I was so indecisive since it was a while since I got to wrap my mouth around their chocolate goodness. I wanted to make it a good one. The workers were very patient. Different workers would check back on me and offered to answer any questions I had.
Items:
My son decided on the caramel dipped, mini m & m covered apple. The woman helping me offered to slice it. It was perfectly cut for my 3 boys to share. I got different truffles to share with my husband. The Toffee Frappucino was so worth me shivering. It was blended well, had bits of toffee with each slurp, and at the end of the drink I was treated to chunks of toffee pieces. It was oh so satisfying.
They sell all sorts of items from chocolate covered pretzels, fudge, pre packed goodies, truffles, chocolates, drinks, etc.
Location:
This is store is located in the Citadel outlet. Near the customer service office. There are several benches located in front of the store so you can sit and enjoy your treats.
Overall:
Great place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Especially if your a chocolate lover.

Always make a stop here while doing my shopping and I am always greeted by smiling faces. The girls who work here are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. The best caramel apples, in my opinion, are the almond caramel apple and the turtle one, very yummy!

This location has a military discount, but refuses to apply it if you buy Four apples and get the Fifth free!
The point of a military discount is to provide a bonus/​benefit to our military members that civilians don’t qualify for.
So the gist — if you spend a lot of money at our store, you can’t get the military discount!
What’s the point of the military discount?!?
Also, after all my trips, about a dozen, to this location and buying about $ 30 of product — none of the employees have told me they have a reward punch card. I only found out because the customer in front of me had one — she only bought an apple!
The employees aren’t rude but more or less overworked — as is common place with most businesses.
These are the reasons for my rating.

The workers are polite and welcoming here. I love this place. When you get up to the counter, they come to you, asked us if we had any questions, were very engaging and everyone looked like they really liked their jobs. The energy in there was on point.
I called in a dozen milk chocolate covered strawberries and the person on the phone was so nice too. More than anything, I really appreciate how they put so much thought into the small details. For example, I bought a candied apple and they asked if I wanted it cut. So I said yes. They put the apple on a muffin liner, then on a paper food tray, then they put in 3 napkins and 2 wet naps into the paper bag. I like how they put so much thought into what the customer needs and they aren’t chinsy with their stuff no matter how busy they are.
Overall, I give them 5 stars for their customer service and professionalism even if I dropped $ 40 bucks on chocolate covered strawberries and the apple pie candied apple. Just saying…

I spent a pretty penny here. I bought some fudge and a caramel, macadamia concoction that was very satisfying. Total came out to around 9 $ for about a fistful of chocolate. I still need to try more sweet treats. Chocolate boxes are also pricey.

i was excited to try this place for the first time. the employees were unpleasant but i don’t really care about that. i got a almond apple. it was pretty tasty until halfway through i noticed a spot of MOLD. $ 6 for a moldy apple? first and last time coming here.

This location by far is the best! Unfortunately, I tried two times over the past weekend to get into this place but did not succeed because it was packed and after about 30+ minutes of parking, I gave up. BUT I did want to leave a review for the previous visits with in the past month. The gals that work here are awesome. One person in particular really stood out and her name was Jessica. She was so nice, friendly and helpful. I purchased a ton of apples and then added 10 chocolate covered strawberries to my order because she was going to make me fresh hand-​dipped ones! Even though they were super packed she took her time to individually pack the apples in clear boxes and add bows to them and stickers as well. Needless to say I was so happy and impressed with it all. They also have a card where if you buy so many apples you get one free. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and once the holiday madness dies down I will be back!

It’s not secret I love a good caramel apple. Rocky Mountain makes some amazing caramel. It’s creamy and just the right consistency. It’s not overly sweet and tastes so good over a green apple. Although this location didn’t have my favorite flavored Apple (dark chocolate and almonds) they have variations of it. I purchased the almond joy. Caramel and milk chocolate. rolled in almonds, coconut, and mini chocolate chips. I was in sugar heaven. So longs as they keep making that yummy caramel, I’ll keep on buying it.

Overwhelmed unprofessional counter help. Walked out in these rude idiots. All happy we won’t be back for your gray-​ass chocolate.

I love this place already. I went in tonight 30 minutes before closing and was looking for candy apples with my sister. Then we were unexpectedly given free samples by a really nice girl worker! Smiles and everything. Then after awhile, a male worker asked us if we were ready and was so polite and cheery also. Love the customer service. We got an apple pie candy apple ($ 5.95) and it was really good! They cut the apple really quick and we didn’t even have to ask since they offered right away. And while we were outside, we saw that the male cheery worker was handing out free samples even though it was close to closing!

Not very fresh and super expensive. We ordered 5 chocolate covered oreo cookies and 5 chocolate covered graham crackers and three of the five of the grahams were inedible. They tasted stale. Makes me wonder how long they were sitting there or if the cookies were just old. I really wanted to like this place.

I bought a macadamia bear and it was stale. Caramel was gross and hardened, as if it were sitting there for a few days.

So unorganized, the girls who work there really need to learn how to treat their customers. Don’t work with candy if you’re a sour person. Disappointing

Chocolate, caramel, yum all kinds of covered apples and more. It maybe be a bit pricey but totally worth it. I stopped by for a gift basket for a silent auction and I left with a gift basket filled with lots of candied apples and gourmet chocolate that looks amazing, I think it’s worth more than what I paid. Did you know they also have mocha frappucinos? It was chocolatey deliciousness. The owner Kim helped me out with the gift basket which she personally made. Unfortunately the gift baskets will be hard to come by for holiday gifting because Kim told me she usually has lots of corporate orders. But I will definitely keep them in mind after the holidays, I know several friends who would love to get one of these baskets for their birthdays. My favorite think here besides the apples is the chocolate covered pretzels. I mean really who can resist the salty, chocolate, crunchiness? I definitely couldn’t.

Kinda bummed I’m giving this location 3 stars the staff is definitely very nice and kind but the reason for my rating is I usually go here for their iced coffees which are milky and delicious I definitely would come here over Starbucks BUUUUUT the past 3x I’ve came for my coffee it’s completely watered down and not up to their milky caramely goodness and as any coffee lover will tell you when they ruin your coffee they ruin your day. Idk if they changed the method of how they make the coffee or if they just got stingy with their ingredients either way I miss your old coffees please please pleaaaaaasseeeee stop fucking mine up so I can continue throwing my monies at you.
Now about the chocolates they’re pretty good and their apple as are even better you can ask for a sample of an apple and they will gladly give one to you.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN COCOLATE FACTORY! (i love saying that!) My favorite item hands down is the Rocky Road Caramel Apple. This apple is too good that i don’t share haha. One of the more I guess you can say «high end» apples ($$$) they have but in my opinion its worth it. The place is a little small so if you are claustrophobic… The employees are very nice and offer to cut your apple every time! I like that.

Yes your chocolates are bigger than See’s but that’s coz you’re trying to compensate for something. You know. They say, when a guy has a big truck he’s trying to compensate for his small…
ER, going back. Your chocolate is mostly sugar. I do not know if that makes sense but even your dark chocolate is too sweet. How much percentage of cocoa do you use? 10%? Too sweet. Dark almonds were way too sweet that I ended up staring a big chunk on my hand wondering if I should just throw it away after one single bite but not wanting to waste my money either. Your chocolate left me wanting to put it away compared to See’s Dark Almond that makes me go back for more.
You know what? This might actually be a great place to buy chocolates if you’re trying to lose weight. Coz you lose your appetite after. Hmm. That’s an idea right thur.

I Love, Love, Love Rocky Mountain! I especially enjoyed the oreo covered apple, cheesecake, and can’t get enough of their toffee frappé! It is sweet and tingy and yum yum yum can’t wait to get more in my tummy. Yes, paying $ 6 for an apple and around $ 4 won’t break a bank and it’s pretty good food that you can share with a loved one, if you’re into sharing.
Absolutely love the fact that they make the caramel in house! Once observed them making it in that huge glimmering pot behind the cash register and I was hooked! it always makes me want to work there to see what kinds of creation they’ll whip up next.

Rocky Mountain, known for their creative candy apples, was a great destination to go on the «most» romantic day of the year. I was expecting crazy crowd and ridiculous wait. I did not experience neither.
I first called around 8:55am to see if they had any chocolate covered strawberries available. The woman that I spoke to on the phone was fantastic. She gave me the details of their Valentine’s Day packages or strawberries by the pound. Very informative. I asked if they were open and she said «we’ve been open since 5am!» I was like WOW ! She was so full of energy and did not hesitate to give me the best service on the phone!
I rushed my butt over to the Citadel Outlets and went to take my pick of strawberries. I ended up get the small Valentine’s day package that came with 8 strawberries and special long packaging. The service again was awesome. She asked me what kind of chocolate, I chose dark, what kind of toppings, I chose 2 peanuts and 2 almonds, and the other 4 plain dark chocolate. This was about $ 27 plus $ 3 packaging. She informed me that it would be about a 20 minute wait because they were going to make some for me. I just stood by the window watching and was BLOWN AWAY! They meticulously decorated the plain dark chocolate covered strawberries with heart shaped outlines, heart shaped sprinkles, pink malt balls, and white chocolate drizzle. I did not expect that. Super awesome and extremely large strawberries. I paid an extra fee for the packaging (about $ 3) for a long clear box with red ribbon. I’m glad I got it packaged because it was easy to carry around and present.
Overall, true customer service here. It really made me excited to eat the strawberries and it was so satisfying. Perfect strawberries!
