I am a Compliance Manager for a trucking company and I called this center to start using them for our DOT drug and alcohol testing. The ladies are so nice — they will tell you they will send you information and that they will call you back — the problem is that nobody ever calls back or replies to e-​mails. Nobody knows anything and besides their «niceness», which translates into complete incompetence when it comes to servicing customers, there is truly nothing there to invite you to do any type of business with them. Jessica is never available; Aurora will keep promising to call you back every time you talk to her but she never does. The telephone system — don’t even get me started… I was hanged up 2 times today. It seems to be either a very busy and hectic place or a place that is run by people, who make up in nice voices what they lack in ability to do their jobs. In both cases, I am happy that I got a taste of what it is to be their customer before actually becoming one. I cannot imagine getting misplaced drug tests and mixed up results because.
Yes, if you are like me and you google them and go check their website you might think as «oh, wow, look at all that info and all the things they can do»…Please do yourself a favor — get past that part and go to any other clinic/​center. I can’t imagine it be worse than this establishment.
Their complete disinterest to take on new customers and business is absolutely astonishing.
I have never encountered a situation where I have to be chasing somebody to become their customer.
