All Tire & Auto Service Center

Horrible. When I got my car back after putting $ 800+ into it, it drives horribly and now there was a deafening squealing sound. I took it to another place and they said things were missing on my car when they weren’t before, things were loose and just hanging off. Never going here again.

I’ve never been to a mechanic that DOESN’T TELL YOU UP FRONT or put it in writing that you will be CHARGED to evaluate your car to tell you whats wrong then quote a price.
I’ve been to numerous shops in the Waterford area and each one for different things all quoted me and evaluated for free. How else is a consumer expected to find who has good rates or service with out taking it to a few places.
Well I drop off my car explain what was going on. The guy at the counter said give me a few hours and I’ll give you a call. He was great on the phone explaining what was wrong but vague at best when I questioned a line item of what the problem was.
I go to pick up my car and he says that’ll be $ 45!!! I said for what? He said for the 1.5 hours to look at your car. I said you never told me up front there would be a charge I wouldn’t have wasted your precious hour and a half when I know there are places a town over that would do the eval for free but he was across from work so I figured if he was reasonable I’d give him the business.
I said no way he proceeded to tell me how to run a business and I’m wrong. I said ok well if that 45 will go to the bill I only want the one item that cost $ 120 repaired and that applied to it. So i was willing to give him SOME business he said no it goes to the entire quote or nothing.
I gave him my card and called USAA my bank. Good luck dealing with them they don’t take kindly to merchants that rip people off and when most of their customers like myself are veterans they know we get the shaft at every turn.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CON JOB!!!

The tire (Cooper)I needed was way over priced unless you buy their foreign junk tires. What’s wrong with American made? Bought SAME TIRE (Cooper) they quoted at Discount Tire for $ 40 less out the door and another cheapie tire they quoted was still about $ 27 over pricedcompared to same at Discount Tire out the door. They put on a phoney friendly face if they think they «got you» but then get snarky when you take your business elsewhere. Maybe they’ve been around for a while but at the COST to the lazy locals unwilling to shop for best value and service. Keep your free popcorn guys cause I’m taking my business somewhere else and same for other locals who I can share the rip off feeling I experienced.

Would not give me any idea of a price over the phone for my upper intake manifold. Every car place I have called would at least give me an idea. Based on the reviews it could be a good shop but the fact that he would not give me any idea on price before I pay the $ 90 for diagnostics will keep me from using these guys.
Granted if I have the work done with them the $ 90 would be put toward the cost of labor.

My husband’s tire exploded last week, so I took his car in for him on a Saturday afternoon (just the way every person wants to spend their weekend). I had never been to All Tire, but the though of sitting at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon with a toddler was making me cringe, so I thought I’d give these guys a try. The originally told me it would be about an hour, but the tire ended up needing to be replaced rather than repaired, and they had to get it from a nearby warehouse. The dealership had quoted us a price around $ 250, but when all was said in done, All Tire got the job done in about 2 hours for $ 145. I will definitely use them in the future.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
The mechanics know my car and remember its history when I come in. They make it a point to tell me what needs to get done at that visit and what can wait. As a girl that does not understand cars, I appreciate that Tom always takes the time to show me the faulty part, how it should be working and how it will be fixed.
I did experience a problem once after a visit. When I returned, they were incredibly apologetic and immediately fixed the problem free of charge. A truly trustworthy establishment.

This service center is really good for the money. I have never had to have an appointment or wait very long. Plus they have a «LOC Plan”– which was just about $ 225. It includes oil changes every 3 months or 3,000 miles, and tire rotations every 6 months or 6,000 miles– this is for the LIFE OF THE VEHICLE! How can you beat that?! The only exception is when you buy a new car you have to pay a transfer fee… but with oil being expensive, this is expected, and still very reasonable. The price of the package will pay for itself in 2 years.

Tom and crew have been taking care of my families cars for the past 15 years. I keep going back because they are honest to the point of being blunt, which is exactly what I needed. They were truthful about my mom’s Buick when it died. They were helpful when I needed new tires for my wife’s Escape. And they have been most helpful with their free oil change program. Their service makes the drive worthwhile for me!
