We specialize in orthodontic treatment for children and adults. Esthetic options are available, including: invisible braces, clear braces and Invisalign. The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) recommends that children be evaluated by an orthodontist by the age of 7 in order to ensure proper tooth development and jaw alignment. Although treatment may not start at this age, early diagnosis of malocclusion and spacing/​crowding can prevent problems from getting worse. History

Established in 2009.

Dr. Albert Eng and Dr. Trent Nestman were classmates at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and continued their postgraduate studies at Iowa where they obtained their Certificates in Orthodontics as well as Master’s Degrees in Orthodontics. They established their practices in Brighton and Commerce City (Reunion) and have loved getting to know and serving the people living in this area. Orthodontics is such a wonderful profession– being able to work with a lot of people and to help give them the smile they deserve!

Business Owner

Dr. Albert Eng graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. He continued his studies at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS). Following dental school he completed a two year residency at the University of Iowa where he was awarded his Certificate in Orthodontics and his Master’s degree in Orthodontics.

Dr. Trent Nestman graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Biology. He continued his studies at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS). Following dental school he completed a two year residency at the University of Iowa where he was awarded his Certificate in Orthodontics and his Master’s degree in Orthodontics.
