Awful. Ordered food and the staff said it would take 10 – 15 minutes. A half hour later I still didn’t have my food and have to leave for my flight. Staff wasn’t even available to discuss a refund. Never will go back.

Waiting for a flight trying to get served and not even acknowledged by the staff. 10 minutes later walked out. Way friendlier and better service anywhere in the airport. Horrible! So awkward to stand there and have two people get ignored right at the bar!

Came to Unilocal to see if they had the menu and saw some of the negative reviews. Get over yourselves people, you are at an airport bar. I just ate there despite the bad reviews, the staff was nice and the food was not bad. They won’t be going for any Michelin Stars this year but that’s because you are at a bar in the airport.

An absolute train wreck if a restaurant. The only good thing I can say is that the beer was cold. Ordered burger without tomatoes with salad and blue cheese. Received burger with tomatoes and a salad with ranch. The employees were yelling at each other and stopping by one table periodically to snack on menu items. This place is absolutely gross. The airport should be ashamed.

The nachos are good. But they can’t do any fried stuff because the fryers have been inoperable for over a month. The burgers taste funny. Prob not the best meat.

Their omelette are actually pretty good — so this is my usual breakfast spot at the airport. Today, my plate came with just my omelette and an orange slice. I asked«where are the potatoes?» They said«the fryer is broken, no potatoes today». So that’s it. Half the food for the same price. Didn’t even offer toast or sub something else or discount… Or let me know when ordering. Ridiculous. Won’t be going back there.

Got a chicken sandwich. Chicken was good and warm. The bread was cold and hard. I’ll be skipping this place next time.

I had the biscuits & gravy and found it to be bland. I had to put a lot of seasoning to give it some taste. They do have other items that sounds and probably taste better. I would give them another try the next time I fly into Denver.

Terrible service. Cashier was rude. Didn’t open at 6 am as advertised. Expensive. Not a lot of choices for early morning flights but I will not come back here.

Bad. The service was awkward, slow, and nothing special. The food was small and badly put together. The seating was oily, the meal was expensive. I really wish we had walked farther down, because our other DenAir food experience was so wonderful, and Lefty’s was so… bad. I wouldn’t go back. My chicken burger was so meh, and falling apart as I ate it that I wouldn’t recommend Leftys unless everything else in the immediate area is closed. And you are starving. And even then. I’d recommend you walk the 900 feet to something else.

We arrived too early to our gate so we decided to grab a couple of drinks while we waited. Nothing on the menu sounded appetizing and to be honest, we were a little apprehensive to try the food here after reading the Unilocal reviews. My husband had Coronas and I had a couple cosmos which tasted a little off. Service was very slow although it wasn’t all that busy.

Although I am reluctant to write really negative reviews, after consuming the«chicken breast sandwich from hell» that I was served at Lefty’s Colorado Trail Grille at the Denver International Airport, I just can’t let others suffer as I did without at least warning them about the horrible tasting and overpriced(~$ 10) meal that I purchased and attempted to consume. Although I don’t expect great tasting, fair-priced meals to be served in airport restaurants, the meal I had at Lefty’s was so bad that I could only finish a third of it. Not only was the chicken breast in my sandwich overcooked, the chicken that sacrificed his/her life for this meal had to be one of the the oldest chickens that ever lived. Fortunately, I was able to warn two other potential customers of my experience just after they were seated and they were able to avoid the same.

I was in a rush at the airport… I bought a cold wrapped sandwich from this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon — the sandwich was made two days ago. There is really no excuse for a 2day old sandwich being sold at an airport —

I generally have a rule against eating airport barbecue, mostly because there’s no possibility of the meat being properly smoked on-site. That being said, Lefty’s Colorado Trail Grille would have to do. Despite my better judgment, I ordered their Pork Sliders: 4 buns of chopped pork and barbecue sauce. I also tacked on an order of fried Onion Rings for good measure. As expected, the onion rings were clearly frozen and not homemade. I was supposed to receive a side of ranch for dipping, which I only got once I reminded the waiter about it. Things were not starting off well, but I moved on to the Pork Sliders anyway. The buns themselves looked good but were ice cold, so I cast them aside and ate the pork solo. The meat actually ended up being pulled pork, not chopped as advertised. All four buns were piled high with meat, though quantity can’t make up for quality. I wouldn’t really describe the pork as tender, more mushy like a sloppy joe or nursing home meatloaf. The sauce tasted mostly like ketchup with vinegar. I’m not even sure I would call this barbecue. Just before we decided to eat at Lefty’s Colorado Trail Grille, my wife suggested that we just eat ice cream for dinner instead. As usual, she was right. On a side note, there was no way I was paying $ 5.50 for a Coors Light when the airport is literally 30 miles from the Coors brewery in Golden, making the transportation costs almost nil. No thanks.

Mediocre service, and worse food. We seated ourselves(the only discernible option, although there is no signage to indicate if that’s the expected behavior) and after a few minutes, a waitress approached and asked if we were ready to order. She quickly noticed the absence of menus, however, and left to get some. She then dropped some off and left again: two missed opportunities to take our drink orders. On her third visit, she finally asked about drinks, but we had to wait for her fourth trip to our table before we could actually order food. She rattled off the available sides for my patty melt: «Chips, cole slaw, potato salad, or a side salad.» What, no fries? Okay, cole slaw then. «Oh, we’re out of cole slaw.» Sigh. Our food arrived, and I dug into my patty melt(with potato salad). The thought at first bite was«school lunch» but my dining partner hit the nail on the head when he described it as «something I picked up at 7 – 11 and put in their microwave.» We chose this place because of its proximity to our gate, but we’ll walk farther next time.

Flight got delayed for 3 hours so only option was to get second breakfast and a cocktail — needed a place near our gate as the info kept changing so we picked Lefty’s as it was pretty much the only option and hey they had cocktails. Said cocktails were pricey but most things in DIA are so we expected it. Breakfast was quite forgettable — standard 2 egg/bacon/toast. It did help us pass some time though.

It’s the only option in the middle of Concourse A in the Denver airport. The food is half hearted and the prices are stiffer than the drinks. The boneless buffalo wings have sauce drizzled just on top of them. How hard it is it toss it in a bowl. Shots are 12 – 15 but beers are more moderate. If I’m suck here for a little I prefer to grab a Schlotzkies then grab a drink here.

If you can get a seat at the bar, that’s going to be your best bet for getting drinks quickly. It’s always pretty busy in here because its the only place on this side of the terminal that serves booze. What’s being at the airport with doing a little airport drinking, right?!? Food is ehh. They do make it to order but there’s really not much healthy on the menu. Don’t judge me. I try to eat healthy so I can drink my calories!

As you get deeper and deeper into the airport, drink prices go up. Do they advertise this? No, they do not. Do I note this every single time I’m at the airport? Yep. But somehow, I act totally surprised every time my bill for a barely 1-oz pour of bourbon is $ 12. Plus, this is Colorado, where I can buy a bottle of the Maker’s, Bulleit, Buffalo Trace, whatever, for under $ 25. Ouch. But if you’re like me, scared of flying, that twelve-dollah shot of booze taken 30 seconds before boarding the plan makes a world of difference before buckling in and praying to Baby Jesus the plane doesn’t fall out of the sky. You can also get some really expensive, shitty food there, microwaved right in front of your eyes, watch sports, and have a $ 6 Coors Light, too. Get me the hell out of here.
