Gayle was amazing. She’s knowledgable, so friendly and most important helpful! I was in a crunch and she got my windshield replaced within a day! The cost is well below everyone else. I will never go anywhere else.

Worst service I have ever received. After our windshield installation, the car flooded. We were forced to have the car detailed since there was standing water inside, but the owner of the company not only refused to reimburse us but called us liars, saying we were only seeking «a free carwash». Judge for yourself by the pictures I’m posting, but please, buyer extremely beware. This was the worst service experience I have ever had.

Slow service that refuses to put in the work to make the grade. Try anywhere else. Got here at 9:20 and left after noon. They just completed the resealing from a previous screw up of theirs.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. 6 attempts by this company to get a windshield installed and it still whistles over 40 mph. They tell you that the warranty needs to be done In their shop in commerce city so you drive out there repeatedly and sit for 2 or 3 hours while they scratch your car doing the work and leave glue all over the exterior.
Instead of factory rivets they will throw in some white double sided tape instead. Such a bad experience.
The one star is a low as I can go or I would go lower

BUYER BEWARE!
I had to make a total of 5 appointments with them in order for my windshield to be replaced correctly. The first appointment they showed 20 minutes late and tried to install a windshield that already had a giant scratch in it. The second appointment they never showed up and never called. I had to call to schedule the third appointment, for 2 days later. The third appointment was completely botched. The guy left before I could check the windshield, and when I came out to look at it I was appalled. There was a ½″ gap between my windshield and frame of my car, there was adhesive left all over the interior of my car, there was trash all around my car and my rearview mirror was dangling a piece and another piece was just laying on my passenger seat. It looked like it wasn’t even the right windshield for my car. I called immediately and took pictures. I happened to catch the owner Frank on the phone and he said he would send someone out the next day. An hour after the time they said they’d show up, some guy comes and tells me the original installer «doesn’t know what he’s doing» and that the windshield needs to be removed and reaffixed but he can’t do it. He agrees to come to my house (install was done at my work) to do the work. The next day I get a call saying they’re not going to come to my house to fix the windshield. After getting the dealership involved, they finally came out and fixed their mistake but I had to spend hours of my own time and money to get it done.
They might be cheap, but trust me it is not worth it!

Low prices with friendly service. The only thing keeping them from the 5^th star was a leaky seal on my windshield. When I called, they told me to bring it back, and they would get it right in. A bit inconvenient, to bring back, but the great service helps easy the pain. I would recommend this business if you need your auto glass replaced.
