These guys were amazing. Walked right in and Frank immediately knew what my issue was. Replaced the tempered glass for $ 30! I was in and out in less then 10 minutes! I would DEFINITELY use them again! No BS and just does the right thing. Love it. Thank you guys!!!

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. Be prepared to be quoted a different price every time you go. I went to get my phone fixed and was told it would be $ 30 more then it was a few months ago for the SAME issue. Not to mention there is supposed to be a 10% discount if you are a returning customer and last time I was there I never got that. Workers are rude and not helpful at all. Total rip off

Broke my phone screen was so nervous to just drop it off at any place because I was afraid of hidden charges, like extra damage type stuff. This place was awesome. Super quick and friendly. My screen actually looks better than it did when I got it brand new. I hope I never have to go back here lol but I would in a second.

I bought my mother a Groupon to have her iPhone 4 repaired. I wasn’t there for the transaction, but they did a good job in my opinion upon seeing it when she came home. My main concern is that they stated they would need the phone to be left unlocked with them while it was being repaired. I have never heard of this being necessary and in fact have had my sister’s iPhone repaired without having to do so. My mother made what I believe was the right choice, and stated she would leave the phone locked with them, and unlock it upon returning if they needed it unlocked. This is a strange policy that left me feeling really uncomfortable about sending anyone else to their shop. But if I were to put that aside, the glass repair was a ⁵⁄₅ and the price was fair.

After speaking with a rep over the phone, their reasoning as to why the devise needs to be unlocked is to confirm functionality of things such as the microphone, WiFi and more. Although I am understanding of the reasoning, I am still uncomfortable about it. But I have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars.

Honest and Reliable. They gave me 10% off as a returning customer. Fixed iPad same day. I thought I needed the everything replaced. They told me just the glass. iPad works better then when I got it. Staff is fantastic and understanding.

Wow these guys are great and really know what they are doing. I upgraded my computer from windows 8 to 10. and ran into an issue. I needed help. After calling around and getting the usual $ 125 just to look at it I called into the store in Commack reaching Eric. He was very pleasant listening to my issue and suggested to bring it in and they would look at it and diagnose for no charge.
Walked into the store where I met Frank who immediately set the computer up on the store countertop explaining I wont bring it in the back yet because then I would have to charge you. In no time at all he diagnosed the issue and fixed it right there and refused to take any payment or gratuity. Thanks again Frank I recommend to anyone that these are the go to guys!

UPDATE: Manager contacted me this AM after reading my review. Suggested that he could fix the situation and that perhaps there was either a training issue or customer service issue. I explained below and said I was upset about the lack of explanation or that the numbers don’t add up. I asked Frank — how much an iPad 2 is to fix screen and LCD and he said $ 179 — and he would of course honor the Groupon (which he also mentioned that they routinely honor the groupon price for fixing a screen even if you don’t pre-​purchase: good to know!) and I would pay the difference — $ 89.00 (plus tax) so I ended up paying $ 179.99 + tax of about $ 12.00. The manager was pleasant — and he referred me to salesperson Sal who I met shortly thereafter when I went to pick up the iPad. Sal was pleasant (though I must say that the staff has this sense of THEM doing the customer a favor that I find somewhat less than optimal) I don’t feel that paying the correct price is THEM doing ME a favor especially since I was not actually given a choice as to whether to fix the thing or not — AND as far as I knew the iPad worked the day before though the glass was cracked. So — in short, a manager who is monitoring reviews and is proactive to deal with customer service lapses is a good thing!!! I would use them again — but I would be sure to get all pricing UP FRONT and in Writing. Anyone can have a bad day — and I am sure that is what happened with Danielle. They deserve another shot.
Called over to the Commack Location — purchased a groupon for $ 89.99 to fix iPad 2 screen on my 11 yo daughter’s iPad. Hour later — I get a call that the LCD is in need of repair. hmmm It was working, needed a charge, 11 yo child was playing with it yesterday but the broken glass was a concern. How much is that going to cost. first I am told $ 179.99, then after explaining I already purchased groupon. male gets off phone and Danielle (Manager) comes on and says it is going to cost $ 199.99 to fix both. I ask — about my groupon. she says yes, groupon for screen. but $ 199.99 for LCD and SCREEN. I ask — you mean 199.99 minus the 89.99 groupon — she says NO. When I ask why — she says because «That is what it costs!» Again I ask. what about the groupon? She says nothing. I ask how much it would cost to repair the screen and LCD if I just walked in — she says «$ 199.99 for both all together» and I again ask — «but I already purchased the $ 89.99 groupon AND you redeemed it — so at the least I have $ 89.99 credit can it be applied toward the $ 199.99 and that would mean I would still owe $ 110.00 plus tax right?» Danielle — says NO! It is $ 199.99 — at this point I am enraged and confused. I can’t have the groupon un-​redeemed. I already paid the $ 89.99 — the ipad was working prior to bring it AND they want to charge me $ 199.99 additionally… Finally — she says, I will take the $ 89.99 off and TAKE THE HIT and you can pay $ 119.00″ OMG!!! Is it me or is Math not working right or is there something here I do not understand??? $ 199.99−89.99 = 110.00 NOT 119.00 and not $ 179! Meanwhile back at the ranch… I still have no idea why it would cost $ 199.99 to purchase screen/​lcd repair but if you use groupon — it is $ 89.99 PLUS $ 199.99 to repair the same two things??? Will be going by to pick up in the AM and I will bring my calculator… this is insane.

Went there today to get my phone screen fixed. They took me as a walk-​in and were able to honor a price that i saw on groupon which made my life a lot easier!!! Phone was done in under 30mins and I’m super pleased with it. Also i paid $ 40 less than the price i was given by two other places i called before!!! Deff come here if you need your phones or ipads fixed!!!

I rarely give reviews but in this case I had too… I contacted uBreakiFix to repair my old iPhone 4s which I had damaged the volume button on. They were incredibly professional & gave me a free quote prior to starting service which I accepted and my phone was repaired within less then 2 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any iPhone repair I may need in the future.

Shattered my iPhone 5S screen on a Friday night to the point I couldn’t see anything, so Saturday morning I found this place and they took me as a walk in and my phone was fixed within half an hour! Got the $ 25 for $ 50 on Unilocal too so I was able to stay under $ 100! Phone looks brand new :) so happy and the young man who helped me was extremely nice! If I ever break my phone again — definitely would come back. Highly recommended!

Dropped my iPhone 5 and cracked the screen. I stumbled across this place on Unilocal and so happy I did. I called around getting prices and they were on par with others but with the promo thru Unilocal it made it far cheaper than the $ 129 that Apple wanted to charge. Service was super fast and my phone was like new in 20 minutes. (I would have had to wait 4 days for a genius appt @ Apple) The guys were super nice and they warranty their work for 90 days. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend them.

I walked in with my ipad2 and a cracked screen, I walked out with my ipad2 looking brand new. Ryan that helped me out was great. He recommended a tempered glass for the screen and I happily obliged. Get the $ 25 for $ 50 from Unilocal

I am very glad and excited to find a high quality cell phone and ipad repair store so close to home. This is their first review and I am so happy to be writing it.
Mike was very pleasant and helpful on my initial phone consultation and told me to bring my phone right down for repair of a cracked glass screen on my wife’s Samsung Galaxy S4. The store is very nice and new (only 2 days) and is conveniently located in the Peppertree commons right here in Commack. They are part of a chain of stores.
Mike told me that the repair should take approximately 2 to 2 ½ hours. It took about 2 hours and 45 minutes.
I am so very happy with the repair job. … The phone looks practically brand new! Very sweet!
