Starbucks

Hardly leave reviews unless the service is exceptionally bad, bud had a few bad drinks in a row. Ordered a regular latte that just ended up being steamed milk. Ordered a half sweet caramel macchiato with an extra shot and got a double sweet drink. Never had a problem until recently but won’t be returning to this location anymore.

Drive through: fast, friendly, and my order was correct. Their full food /​snack menu is not posted at the drive through, so you may have to ask them if they have certain items that you know other Starbucks locations have. This may be problematic for people who are not Starbucks regulars. That one improvement would definitely help. The lady who took my order was helpful in finding out if they had ham & cheese turnovers and getting it for me.

I come to this starbucks almost everyday!
They always make my drinks just perfect the staff is really friendly I can’t recall having to deal with a rude staff member. Liam is a great barista always has a smile on his face and makes sure i have a great experience each time i come. Out of every other starbucks nearby this one is very consistent with the way the drinks taste each time

Waiting on line at drive threw for 10 min, the woman (who works there) looked at me and turned her head. Beeped my horn she then looked at me and put her head down, finally beeped again after 15 min she opens window and goes «yes» l SO RUDE

Usually get an ice water with tea which usually comes out to $ 1.00. This clearly upset them because they charged me for a latte instead -$ 4.80. Apparently «the manager said» that the woman HAD to charge me for it. I’ve never heard that one before. I didn’t argue, but I will never be going there again. Also the drive through is a mess! Set up by someone that didn’t know what they were doing. You’re lucky if you wait less then 15 minutes for your coffee or tea.

Liam is the BEST BARISTA EVER!!! What a magical experience I had yesterday as he made my dreams come true by making the most perfect cap’n crunch frapp and serving it with a sparkling smile. He truly made my Saturday!

The woman taking my order was amazing! Unfortunately, I have a dairy allergy and I ordered my sausage, egg, and cheese without cheese. Lucy had a problem with this and said «when did we start doing this?!?» So it made me feel very awkward and want to cancel my order. I love starbucks but this was by far the most uncomfortable transaction ever.

Absolutely the worst run Starbucks in the area. Lines a slow and people are unfriendly.

Update: I have been to this location a few times since my previous review despite my claim that they’d lost my business, because I love Starbucks coffee and there is just nothing else I want in the area. They’ve been better; they usually (but not always) get my drink order correct. I’m a bit happier with them but not 100% satisfied.
I see other reviews about this place being consistent… the only way in which they’ve been consistent for me is by incorrectly making my drinks. I choose Starbucks over less expensive coffee bc they offer soy milk & bc they’re supposed to have a higher standard of getting it right. The drive thru at this location just can’t seem to get it right for me. I’ve gotten Pike Place when I asked for Blonde. I’m not a fan of Pike & it ended up in the garbage. When I returned later that day for another coffee, i told the drive thru employee about my coffe being wrong earlier that day, & all she did was verify that the new coffee I was purchasing was the right one. I know Starbucks & when they get your order wrong, you’re supposed to get a gree drink coupon. I was very unhappy that I had to pay for the 2^nd coffee when I was unable to drink the 1^st incorrect one earlier. I’ve gotten the wrong food item during another drive thru order. And just now I ordered a coffee w soy & sugar, and there is no sugar. I am a coffee lover & I want it the way I like it. I thought Starbucks had a high standard of giving me that, but this location doesn’t deliver. They’ve lost my business.

I come to this Starbucks all the time, because its the closest to my house. I’ve never really had a problem with them, until recently. They really are slacking. My co-​workers and I go practically everyday sometimes twice a day and there is always a problem with our orders. It never fails! Don’t get me wrong, everyone is really nice, but they’re too involved in their conversations to know what they’re doing. I am really disappointed and it really is an inconvenience when the only option they give us is to come again before closing to get another order. I mean this happens everyday! We pay for three orders, so therefore its quite a bit of money we’re spending. Its really annoying when you pay so much for something just to have it all wrong.

Sbucks. Only one in the area. Totally generic… nothing exciting. Hit and miss, there are some really nice baristas, and other’s couldn’t care less. I don’t really go there often enough to know them all, nor do I really order anything special (a tall black blond, aka «Beyonce»), so… make of it what you will.

Not all Starbucks are the same. This one is consistent and gets the caramel macchiato right every time. I don’t even bother ordering that anywhere else because it’s so inconsistent. Service here is excellent.

This Starbucks seems to always be busy.
It is in the same shopping center as shoprite and next door to cosco.
as far as starbucks go it is a little smaller than most, But service is great and the drinks are always tasty.
When ever i am in the area i always stop by for my mocha frapp.

I work at the Costco in Commack, a short walk from this oasis. It’s a tiny place, but I couldn’t live without it.
This place is always busy, but the staff are quick and precise. I can also say, I’ve never had a bad beverage from here, not many Starbucks you can say that about.
