First we like to mention I’m glad they were able to start up again after the fire an get things rolling again. Good luck ! Ralphs ices are the best! Now the wings! The wife an I last week went here to try their Toxic Wings, we’re believing the title is owned by Nathans, but gives you the impression that it’s 2 business, maybe there just separating dairy from meat??? We were trying WINGS for the first time after the fire. But didn’t seem to be greeted that way. We had coupons on line that offered. Buy 20 get 4 free. We showed the counter girl, on our smart phone the coupon an quickly the young man standing next to her pops up; We don’t take phone coupons or computer coupons. My initial response; But it’s your business that put it up as an offer. A few moments later he said, anyone can print coupons, as if to say «we can’t trust the those offers we paid to have publish on the Web an smart phones via, electronic coupons. Well if you didn’t put the coupon on, then who did? Responce: it could have been anyone, we don’t just take any coupon. Well I’ve been in business my self, an in that situation my response would have been: Sorry for the inconvenience the management has limited the types of coupons. But since you come to enjoy our food, we’ll be more than glad to honor an pass on the savings to you. But if I could advise you for the next time, you can find coupons from our ad in such an such paper. It would keep our draw (cash register) receipts in order. This would have made me feel as if someone was concern for me as their new customer. An I would have gladly returned to do business an most likely with coupon at hand. As for the wings, not bad but not the best. They didn’t seem they were marinated, or salted for the meat to have flavor. The meat was bland. Only the choice of flavors put on it did anything. An the 3 flavors I tryed were not a home run for me neither. Not bad, just not great! But there’s a couple of flavors I still need to try before I can make my opinion an recommendation about the wings. Nice size but it wont be a 10 because the flavor of the meat it self. Best to have your newspaper coupons ready, cause they don’t take anything else! So we were told! Or go somewhere else, like we been doing! It’s terrible that your whole business is judge on an incident of bad customers relation. But isn’t that what business is about. making sure each detail is perfect. NO EXCUSES !

After a fire shut them down last summer, I was delighted to see that they have reopened so I can get my Nathan’s fix. In the same building they also have pizza, wings and Ralph’s Italian Ices.
