You can tell right away that Manisha knows what she’s doing. I went here after being a loyal customer at Femina threading salon. After Having some bad service performed on my eye brows at Femina, I decided to give Manisha a try for threading because of the great reviews. I’m glad that I did. Manisha did a great job and did exactly what I asked for. She didn’t take off too much and it was a lot less painful than Femina salon. I’ve found my new threading place.

This place is shit. She does whatever she wants and mishapes eyebrows especially when she’s «tired». Worst, telling her she made a mistake and took off random hairs from the end of an eyebrow is useless because she denies and makes shit up. She clearly cannot be held accountable because she’s so great that’s why she’s got a business in the corner of the middle of nowhere. Not worth my $ 10.

She really is amazing at threading and shaping eyebrows. You can walk in with craziness and walk out like a celebrity. I have yet to find someone who does such a great job. The only problem I have is her availability. It is extremely terrible. The hours on the door or incorrect. She is rarely there and if you are running a business it would make sense to have accurate hours and actually be there when it’s time. I wish she was more punctual.

Manisha is the goddess of eyebrow threading. Flawless results every time. The first time I went to her I had let my eyebrow grow out after a bad experience with waxing, where my brows were left uneven. I decided to try threading for the first time and was a little apprehensive after all my friends telling me how painful it can be. I went to manisha because of a recommendation and I was not disappointed! Nearly painless, and my results were beautifully shaped, even and trimmed eyebrows with no stragglers, and on top of all of it she is such a sweet lady. Highly recommended!

I gotta say this place isn’t that bad. I recently moved to commack from the northern Virginia area where there is treading places every where. She is really quick and the waiting time wasn’t that bad. She left my eyebrows looks good. A week later they still have a good shape. The only down side is I paid $ 10 for it but it could be bc I’m used to paying $ 6 in Virginia. Their hours seen a little bit odd too but I would go back there.

I wanted to write an update on this review because although Manisha does an amazing job on my eyebrows, she does’t really do a good job of keeping consistent hours at her salon. She’s supposedly open from 10am to 6pm but she usually strolls in whenever she feels like it and it can be really frustrating to people who run their lives on a schedule. It’s very annoying to set time in your day to get your eyebrows done and then you show up but she’s not there even though her hours say she is. I just wanted to share that with anyone reading these reviews because I know it frustrates the hell out of me!

Love how she does my eyebrows! Really sweet lady. $ 10 for eyebrows and no more than a 5 – 10 min wait on a saturday.
