I established my bussiness in 2008 after working at Optimal Wellness of Long Island from 2002 – 2208. The space is clean, private and we are caring and nurturing. Our goal is that you feel comfortable and taken cared of.

Hello, My name is Sandra Damon and I’ve been a certified colon hydro therapist since 2002. I first took an interest in the treatment when I began suffering from stomach pains and bloating. I was prescribed medications which only masked my symptoms but didn’t address my issues. After receiving colon hydro therapy treatments I began to feel more energetic and began to eliminate properly which eventually alleviated my chronic stomach issues and gave me physical and mental relief. I was trained at the International School of Hydrotherapy as well as trained in body ecology which I also hold a certification. I love what I do for a living and believe it’s my calling to educate my clients on the correct way to eat and cleanse for better well being.
