So I signed up for Yun Training’s Fitness Boot Camp Classes in Hilliard, Ohio. The owner, and head bootcamp trainer, Jason Yun, kicked my butt into shape quickly! I took three classes per week for four weeks and definitely saw a difference.
Jason offers a really flexible class schedule, with morning and evening classes, and a dynamic program that keeps you guessing which exercises you’ll be doing each day.
Before his classes, I was a pretty lazy bum so I can honestly say I could hardly walk after day one. Once I got the hang of everything, I could see results right away and felt much better overall on a day-​to-​day basis. Jason’s boot camps kick your ass but they’re definitely worth a trial!
