This is THE limo company to use if you are planning a wedding reception in the Columbus area! We contracted Xtreme Limo after reviewing different limo providers and contacts we had from bridal shows in the area. Scheduling and their follow up was as I expected. We rented the Pink limo for my daughter’s bachelorette party in October and the larger Escalade stretch for the wedding day this past weekend. The drivers for both events were professional, prompt, friendly and flexible with changes to where the bridal party wanted to go for pictures. The cars were first-​rate, clean, and added the right touch of fun. I would recommend Xtreme Limo to any family or friend looking for a limo for an important event.

We had a wonderful time and experience with Xtreme Limousine! Our drive Jim was on time (early) and very helpful and friendly. I only knocked it down 1 star because the interior inside the limo did not match what was shown in the pictures. The girls were trying to get the lighting they saw online and were disappointed when they couldn’t. Not a deal breaker of course, but wanted to note. Also, we had a playlist we had made on Spotify that we wanted to play on our ride and the stereo system was horrible with using an auxiliary cord. If you just want the radio, not a problem tho!

We rented a 26 person party bus for my birthday this year and everything from the booking to the drop off was excellent. The driver texted me early in the week to make sure I had his number, he was so nice the whole night and made sure everyone had a wonderful time. Would absolutely recommend!

Okay, so zero hour, height of prom season, we find our selves over-​booked by another company. So as a mom, wanting her daughter and adorable boy friend to have the most wonderful time, I called at closing time, 5pm the NIGHT BEFORE PROM, Kyle answered the phone and, of course informed me due to a half dozen other schools having prom this weekend, they were booked and so sorry that they could not help. But, wait, maybe Kyle could work some magic «could we use a town car? «no –really want a stretch. So his response: «give me 6 minutes» I told him he could have as much time as he needed because he was my last hope. Well he kept checking in with me over the next two hours to let me know he found a car and then a driver!
Very hard working determined and professional. Kyle personally was moving that weekend and STILL CHECKED IN WITH ME he day of Prom. Talk about putting customers first!
Matt the driver called one hour prior to introduce himself and let me know he would be there at the appointment time. Showed up on time and treated my kiddos with the utmost respect and professionalism.
Xtreme Limo absolutely made Prom magical for these two love birds and I cannot thank em enough!
The limo business can be shady and limos can be dirty, smelly and in bad repair, drivers can be rude and impersonal. DON’T mess around, call Xtreme Limo and avoid a lot of heartache and insure yourself a great time!,

Had a great experience with Xtreme Limo last week. I booked the pink stretch hummer for a bachelorette party. Kyle handled my reservation and was thorough and a pleasure to work with. Mike was our driver and arrived early. He was very friendly and accommodating (and happily also served as photographer for many group pictures!). The pink limo was hysterical. It was fun, clean and we had a great night. The wedding party also used a different limo in their fleet for the wedding day and had an equally good experience. All in all, very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Let’s not kid ourselves: limo service is an indulgence reserved for really rich people or commoners who want to make an event more memorable. Alas, I fall into the latter category, but I wanted to up the wow-​factor on my wife’s birthday party. ANY limo would have made a good impression and earned me valuable brownie points… although Xtreme’s fleet seems to be a notch ahead of the competition in terms of vehicle amenities.
It’s not the vehicles that earn Xtreme five stars, though. They dominate with customer service. Their booking agent, Kyle, was prompt, professional, and courteous. He carefully answered all of my questions, and I felt like he genuinely appreciated my business. Our driver, Mike, was also on the ball. We had a phone-​number mix-​up that left him temporarily unable to contact me, and yet he still made sure he was curbside to pick us up after dinner without being summoned.
Your time is valuable, so don’t waste it shopping around for the best price. These guys provide the best value. I would re-​use Xtreme Limo without hesitation.

very bad service… my husband rent in on our wedding day. total waste of $ 300+ … first took for ever to start than lights were out … and on top of all that divider mirror window doesn’t go up … so watch out …

It doesn’t take much to be an decent party bus/​limousine/​town car driver. Don’t run any red lights if the passengers are looking, try not to hit any pedestrians, keep the speed steady as not to spill the passengers’ bevs, and show up on time. Those are basics.
Thanksgiving weekend (remember that little game Michigan v. Ohio State? Yeah that was during this time frame) and our post-​wedding Xtreme driver showed my girlfran’s bridal party how Xtremely great a driver can be.
Said driver kept the party bus warm during the wedding, since Columbus decided nothing suits football, black Friday weekend shopping and weddings better than below-​freezing temps and a little snow, and kept access easy for quick darts to and from the church. He stocked the bus with ice, cups and paper towels for maximum drinking and minimum mess. And better yet, the bus was iPhone ready for my husband’s DJ jams while we drove around and took in the sights of Columbus. I’m using that phrase quite loosely. (Columbus, we’re still not BFFs so don’t get any warm and fuzzy ideas.) Originally we were going to bar hop, but we quickly learned the inside of the bus was warmer, cleaner, and allowed for us to drink until our little hearts were content without a pesky bartender standing in our way.
But what really made our driver Xtremely special, he made booze and potty stops. And not just stops, but where he knew we could find them. No Boones Farm and backyard bushes for our classy crew.
Xtreme Limousine did our bridal party right and gave us the nuptial treatment with first-​class service. They even made me enjoy Columbus for a few hours. Through dimly-​tinted windows and a champagne haze of course.

Easy to work with, on time, and extremely professional! We used them for our wedding and would recommend them to anyone! Our wedding party loved the party bus and our driver was very polite and the bus was very clean… a+!

They were great. Fernando was easy to work with through the reservation. Jamie was the driver and he was awesome. It was for my daughter’s birthday and he was great with the kids. I could’t have asked for a better experience.
