TOTAL AND UTTER RIP OFF!!!
I went there to buy a new Iphone because mine had gotten wet and stopped working. The owner, Chris Kish, told me that a new Iphone 5S would cost $ 700!!! On a side note, I went to an Apple store and they sold me a new Iphone 5S for $ 300 (I wasn’t under any warranty or anything). Instead Chris sold me a USED Iphone 5 for $ 300, but told me I could return it within 2 weeks if I got my original phone to work.
On day 14, I came in to return it (because Apple sold me a 5S for a reasonable price) and Chris would not honor what he told me. He said the return policy on used products is 3 days (which was in the receipt he NEVER GAVE ME). He basically said it was his word against mine and would not return the product.
I would have NEVER bought a used phone with a 3 day return policy as I was leaving the state for work the next day and knew that I would not be able to return the phone in that amount of time.
It is clear to me that Chris just wanted to sell the used phone and had no intention of conducting good business by honoring what he told me OR selling me an Iphone 5S for a reasonable price.
This store is an utter rip off and everyone should steer clear!
