I stopped in to pick up a few things on a road trip. I asked a worker where the Chapstick was only to get a blank stair and an «I don’t know.» So no help there. Then Waited at least ten minutes in the self help line to help myself, while two other customers waited for an attendant to help with the registers. No other registers were available. Upon exiting two employees were seated on the ground not far from the door smoking. I’m glad Walmart pays their employees to leave customers with no help and in a cloud of second hand smoke. Unsatisfactory!

Their gluten free section was terrible. Not a large selection at all. Meijer across the street is much better.

This had to be one of the absolute cleanest, well organized and decently staffed Walmart I’ve ever been to. Shelves were stocked, and very neat.

Pros: Regular Walmart selection which is reasonable. Good location. Cons: Dingy. Employees often grumpy and u happy to assist. Review: One of my least favorite Walmarts to shop at. The employees are often grumpy and clearly trying to dodge helping customers. The place is overall dingy, even after the renovations a few years ago. The Subway inside this location also has a very unfriendly employee who is always working there, which caused me to stop going. Want a better location? Go to Tuttle.

This Walmart is one of the absolute worst places I’ve ever shopped. The customer service is terrible, the wait times are long no matter what time of day and I every time I go, I swear I will never return. This last encounter is the absolute last time I will ever step foot in this store. This Walmart has a long history of terrible service. Just about every time I’ve been there and step up to check out, I’ll say to the cashier, «Hi, how are you?» and more times than I can count, I get this response, «I’m tired!» Hmmm… ok, I get that… you’ve been on your feet all day and want to go home, but I just got off a 12 hour shift myself and this is the last thing I want to hear. Several times, we have seen employees parking in the closest spots to the front door hanging out in their cars on their break smoking cigarettes and reading the paper. Very frustrating when we, the customer, had to park far away. Have had trouble getting help in their photo dept. more than once waiting a long time for someone to arrive. During the busy holiday season, it is not uncommon to have wait times in excess of 40 or more minutes to check out. Don’t they forecast and account for business volume? Due to many bad experiences, we have not been there in a few years. This week, I needed a part for my grill and thought I’d give them another chance. Stopped into the garden center and noted an employee sitting on a stool watching people come and go. I greeted her again with«Hi, how are you?» and got«I’m hot!» as a response. Ok, I thought, no need for further discussion. I found what I needed and got home to realize I bought the wrong item. Went back the next day to return the item. It was 10:30 am on a Monday. There were THREE Walmart greeters huddled together by the front door. One gave me a sticker for my return item. Unsure what the other two were doing but appeared to be doing nothing. As I made my way to the customer service center, I noted very few shoppers in the store. There were at least 4 or 5 cashiers with no customers in their lane. One was wiping down her station keeping herself busy. Another was blowing on a pinwheel at her station while talking to a colleague. Much to my dismay, I arrived at the return center to find a long line snaking out into the common area and ONE person manning the register for returns. I turned around again to see all the idle employees as more customers lined up behind me for returns. I waited a few minutes to see if someone would open another register. Seeing that this would be a bit of a wait, after 5 minutes, I asked a passing employee to please see if someone could open another register in customer service. She was quick to tell me, «No, we are understaffed.» I pointed out all the employees standing around without customers doing nothing, but she just walked away. A few minutes later, that same employee came to open another register and finally called me. I thanked her for opening another register. She did not respond. When I checked her name tag, it said«Customer Service Supervisor»!! Wow! Hey Walmart, its not that hard. Nothing has changed over the years. One thing is for sure, they are consistent. Consistently awful. Target is around the corner and runs circles around them in regards to customer service. Either way, I would rather drive across town and/or pay more than to ever give this store another dime of my hard earned money or another second of my valuable time.

I’ll be the first to admit that while I’m not a big fan of Walmart’s corporate policies, they do have some of the cheapest prices around. They have great prices on their baby stuff, which usually brings me in whenever I have an upcoming baby shower for a friend. Compared to other locations in Columbus, this store is a mess. There are always boxes of freight in the aisles in various states of being unpacked, and half-full carts of merchandise parked in random places The few items I’m looking for are always in need of being restocked. The lines build up without enough cashiers to handle the customers. This place is ALWAYS busy. Both of my sisters are cashiers at this store, and they always seem to get an earful from grumpy customers who take their frustrations out on them. I understand why this is, because after running the gauntlet trying to find the items you came in for, you are totally over it and prone to snap at the next person who even looks at you. If you HAVE to shop at Walmart, avoid this location.

I am not at all proud of this but I love Walmart. They are hard to come by where I live but whenever I am near a super center I love to stock up. I first discovered this Walmart when I was driving across the country and stayed at the la quinta across the street. I loved it and on my recent trip to Ohio I had to stop by again. It’s open 24 hours a day which is very convenient. I’ve gone late at night and did not feel unsafe. They have the same products you would find at grocery stores and target stores for less. I could spend hours looking for deals here. I was able to find a cheap measuring cup I had been looking for that I could not find anywhere else. I also got a great travel pillow and spatula for such reasonable prices. I also stocked up on food items. They have self check out. I love this because you don’t have to deal with any employees and I do a better job bagging. I would totally come back next time I am in Columbus.

This has to be one of my favorite Walmart I have been to. I had stopped by here once before driving across country and I remembered well how much stuff they offered at such a good price. This place is so big that you must give yourself adequate time to browse around. I ended up with lots of different things I was looking for plus more. I liked the fact that they had self checkout. I wish the Walmart by me was half as good. This location definitely deserves the four star I’m giving them.

Don’t buy Prescription Eyeglasses at Walmart. They are very cheap although I paid nearly $ 200 with insurance for no name brand. They were scratched up in the first week. Very cheap Chinese made glasses.

Car leaking from oil filter morons can not do a proper oil change. Location in Grove City will not fix the problem. I do not live in Hilliard was around there doing Christmas shopping. Second time with oil change problems at Walmart last time they almost stripped the cap. Guess let my engine lock up and sue them for a new engine. No wonder the oil change is cheap because the workers can not do them. It’s nice to know Walmart is getting into the Banking business when they can not do anything else right.

No help at night. While leaving, the doors on one side they keep unlocked were jammed shut and nobody was around. Had to pry my way out. Wtf? Fire hazard?
