Marilyn V.

Business Owner

Marilyn Vutech has been a licensed realtor since 1986. She began her career with Brunner Realtors and has a passion for working with buyers and sellers both in the downtown and suburban markets. Marilyn, with her husband Jim and girls, Emily and Anna, lived in German Village for 13 years and now resides in Southern Delaware County. She loves to garden, work out, and hunt for antiques in her spare time.

Jeff Ruff has been licensed as a realtor since 1990 originally with Brunner Realtors in the Village and prior to that was a men’s clothing retailer. Jeff resided in German Village for over 25 years before pursuing his passion as a horseman showing and training horses as well as being a gentleman farmer along with his life partner, Roy, in New Albany. Jeff’s great joy in real estate is the ongoing friendships with clients and introducing buyer from out-​of-​town to Columbus.
