I’ve been here about 6 – 7 times and they do a pretty decent job on nails but you HAVE to make an appointment. I’m not sure why they even say they take walk-​ins. There could literally be one client in the salon and if you walk in and ask for service without an appointment they will tell you they are too busy. I’ve seen them do it to others and been on the receiving end of being turned away as well. It is baffling.

My first visit to Volare Nails Spa totally exceeded my expectations. I went in around 5:45 and had my nails finished in a little over an hour. Tia did my first ever Gel Manicure. She was very gentle and did a fantastic job. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean and well maintained.
For a full 5 stars I would have really liked being talked through my service options… Just because I’m new to the nail world & am not familiar with the different types of manicures. (Then again that’s probably on me for not asking)

Just had the best Pedicure ever. Thank you Jimmy! The ambiance is perfect — quiet and relaxing. The service is great and so are those massage chairs. If I ever come back to Columbus, Ohio I’ll be back here!

This is my VERY FAVORITE place to go for nails and waxing. They know you by name when you walk in the door — they tease you (in a good way!) making it a fun and friendly atmosphere… I HIGHLY recommend them.
My only request now is that they get the printed and colored tips that they are using in Vegas and the like… no chipping, etc.

First time client here found this spot on Unilocal and i’m thrilled with how my full set of acrylics came out! Super clean, no air bubbles, smooth, just beautiful (and I consider myself kinda picky). I called last minute to make an appointment after another place didnt accept walk ins and they fit me in quickly with little wait. I will absolutely be back! This place is worth a try!

I just moved to the Easton area of Columbus from Northern Ohio and was very concerned about finding a nail salon. This salon is right across the street from where I live so I thought why not! I didn’t have to make an appointment and got right in on the Fourth of July! I had one of the youngest women, not sure of her name yet but I am so far very impressed.

I love this place, I have been searching for a «home» salon. Most places give inconsistent experiences and varying results, This place is always consistent and does a great job. The staff is friendly and are experienced and highly skilled. I usually get a pedi and sometimes a mani; the prices are reasonable and rarely do I have to wait. They have enough stations and are well staffed. You don’t feel like you are being rushed in/​out. I have a two nail salons near my home but will always drive here! So worth it. I found my «Home».

THE BEST salon in town! I’ve been to a handful of other salons since moving to Columbus, and have been disappointed! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME !! Very lovely salon, great massaging chairs, awesome friendly staff that does amazing work! The prices are good and they don’t hassle you with trying to upsell you to add on more services.

I totally thought I reviewed Volare, but I think I thought that since Bryant wrote a review that shared my sentiments. Why’d I go with 4 instead of 5 stars? Well, call it 4.5, really. It was the wait. We waited a while with no greeting even though I had made us a reservation.
That said, the chairs are the best and the staff was super friendly and professional and my polish still looks good months later. They do a REALLY good job here and the price is reasonable. I received a better pedi here than at Square One salon.
I would recommend them for sure!

Got my nails done today as a first time patron and I was VERY impressed! I just moved to Columbus from NYC about 2 weeks ago and was looking for a nail salon close to the Easton area where I live. Very clean, nice ambiance/​atmosphere, and my nails look great. Jimmy did a great job, I see why this place has amazing reviews. I will definitely make this my go-​to nail salon every 2 weeks.

Yep, it’s in an unassuming location, but don’t let that deter you… Volare is a winner. Liz M and I had a pedi date here, and our experience delightful.
The only tiny remotely-​negative thing that I could say is that they were running a little behind for our appointment, but seriously, it was nbd. It was only about 10 minutes, so we didn’t mind one bit.
The interior is much nicer than I expected, and it was crazy clean. The massage chairs are hands-​down the best I’ve ever sat in. Do yourself a favor and put it on the ‘knead’ setting. You’ll swear it’s a real person.
As for the pedicure, it was in the top 3 I’ve ever had. (And I’ve had way more in my lifetime than I care to discuss.) The lady helping me was friendly and did such a great job. It never hurt, and it tickled much less than normal. It was so pleasant, in fact, that I was concerned that she hadn’t done all that much. But after a quick inspection of my feet – it was clear she was just really good at her job.
I didn’t get color on my toes, but I did watch Liz’s technician masterfully paint hers. This guy looked like an artist! Her nails looked absolutely perfect! (I got conned into painting a roommate’s nails one time, and it looked like a 3 year-​old had done it. So I have mad respect for anyone with possesses this skill.)
I don’t get pedicures often, but I would absolutely come back to Volare Nails again! It was a really great experience from start to finish.

Wanted to find a nail salon since it’s been awhile since my last mani pedi. Had a great experience and very relaxing experience. They do offer different levels of treatments. I just wish it was a little more affordable but are competitive prices with most salons in Columbus.

This place is like the tv show «Cheers» …‘where everybody knows your name’ I love it. I’m ALWAYS happy I come here, it’s 30 minutes out of my way but so worth it!

My 2^nd visit, Kelly was my technician again! She’s so sweet & kind and I love her work!!! This time I got a pedicure, very satisfied!!! It was so relaxing Kelly gives a good massage! The pedicure chairs are so comfy and they recline back to and give great chair massage! Also decided to get my eyebrows done so glad I did! Anna did a great job love my eyebrows!!! Oh and I got the CND Shellac gel mani HIGHLY recommend the CND Shellac gel polish, my lasted 3wks without chipping!

Had to add a star! Been coming here since they opened, and will continue coming until the day they close. The price is around the same, if not less, then other nail salons. But here, and I’ve been to many places, they give super awesome massages with your mani/​pedi. The customer service is always five star! I’m so lucky and happy that this is MY local nail spa! :) try this place, they will not disappoint. Unfortunately I cannot recommend a certain nail tech. Because each and every one gives the same high standard to service. You will not be disappointed by ANY of the nail techs here. But you WILL BE taken care of, pampered, in a posh relaxing setting and you’ll leave thinking about when you are gonna return!

I came here once before and had a good experience. I decided to return to have a manicure for my engagement photos being taken that night. It was not a manicure by any means — the tech just painted my nails and didn’t clean up my cuticles whatsoever. When I complained and politely asked her to clean up my nails, she ran off and told the manager and he told me she couldn’t because she had already painted my nails (which only took about 10 minutes btw).
I will never be returning here. I’m willing to spend twice as much down the road at the Easton mall and receive better customer service than return here and pay less.

I stopped in here on my way home from work for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax and I was very impressed. A substantial cut above similar salons offering the same services at a similar price.
Best part, as a walk-​in I did not have to wait. I was immediately taken to a clean, private room in the back and a young woman waxed my eyebrows for me. I was then escorted to the pedicure chairs where a hot, bubbly tub waited to soak my feet. The technician was very friendly and thorough.
I left having a sleek brow and glittery toes and I was a happy girl! Would definitely recommend.
