Once upon a time Vaporfi was decent for beginners, granted prices are inflated immensely true to brand off vaporizer «Kangertech» with Vaporfi branding on the side. Their liquids are ok, the perk is you can create whatever you can think of, the downfall the flavoring is just «ok». Their knowledge is decent but, and I stress but!
To help you understand, I am no beginner. I now run a Kangertech NEBox at 35w on 440° with a Ni200 temp control coil. I used to run a Kangertech Subox on 35w .5 coils, so I know the lingo and how to build RBA coils.
Vaporfi tried to tell me that the coils I purchased from eBay aren’t legit Kangertech coils and Vaporfi’s are the real deal. Attempting to insult my intelligence is the worst move. I am a bang for my buck buyer, I do my research, and I make sure I have buyer protection if I am uncertain if the product is truly legit. Well if you know about Kangertech, you would know they have product codes to ensure authenticity.
With all that being said I was skeptical as to why they would attempt to make a customer feel «gaumless». After finding out their associates are commission paid, it makes sense now. Truth be told, if it came to your bills being on the line, and telling customers what they’re inquiring about is the best for them and up-​sell them to make ends meet, is the way to do business then Vaporfi is for you…
For now I go to legit sub ohm vape shops which sell juice meet for sub ohm vaping with a bigger selection.

Good, friendly customer service. The issue I have is with their tanks. They tell you they have a partnership with Kangertech but they don’t have the same issue with them leaking because they «insulate» them better. Out of the 6 different type of tanks I have bought since I started vaping, the tank I bought from Vaporfi leaks like a siv and cost more! The juices taste pretty good in my opinion depending on which one you choose — 30 ML house juices are around $ 17.

The worst Vapor shop I’ve been to. Their prices are outrageous and their juices taste like chemicals! I’ll never go here again! Westside Vapor is much better in price and juice.
Just not helpful their at all either. I got a new 100w mod with no experience at vaping at this higher level and they tried convincing me I needed a $ 80 tank. Everything is their brand and nothing of quality. Avoid at all costs!

I walked in not knowing what to expect. Talk about customer service I will bring all my business here and recommend more
