History

Established in 2012.

Cody Warren quit his full-​time job to launch a cleaning company in Columbus and looking back now, Warren said he believes the decision was one of the best ones he’s ever made.

Warren, the founder of Two Men and a Vacuum, moved to Columbus in 2008 after graduating from Bowling Green State University to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. He worked for Go Big Network, a firm that helps entrepreneurs raise capital, and then left the position to eventually start his own clothing company known as I Heart Garments.

However, Warren said he quickly realized he needed to do something else to make money while continuing to build the clothing line.

«I sat down and I said to myself, ‘Cody, what are your passions?’» Warren said. «At the end of the day, you’ve got to chase your passion and I really like fitness and you know, believe it or not, I like to clean and when I’m cleaning, it’s therapeutic for me and it’s like I’m not working.»

Cody has always had an Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong passion in Health and Fitness. While working on another venture, he wanted to do something that fueled his passion. So you ask… Why CLEANING? Cody re-​evaluated his passions and found not only did he love fitness, but also had a crazy obsession with cleaning. This stems from his youth, helping his mother clean clients’ homes. After evaluating the competition, he knew there was room for an all natural, very attentive to detail; cleaning company. So Two Men was born!
