Traxler Custom Printing

I’m super glad I finally got the chance to put faces with this business’s name. I got a chance to check out their new Clintonville location during their Open House event.
Nice big space. I learned from Zach, owner/​head honcho, that this is their third building, as they’ve been steadily growing and expanding, thus needing more space for inventory and of course their screen printing machinery.
I got the chance to chat with Mark (he works in sales/​support) and learn about the screen printing process: how many they do on average, colors, paint, squeegee process, their bigger clients, etc. I didn’t realize how highly demanded screen print shirts really are!
Best part? Guests got to pick and print a tee for ourself!

I have to say I am very disappointed in Traxler Custom Printing. I was very excited to work with this local company when we ordered shirts in mid-​April 2015 from them, and they came very highly recommended. Well it is mid-​July and the shirts are already falling apart at the seams and the ink is coming off of the front. I called to let them know about this and the only answer they gave me was the person who formerly worked for them sold me a lower quality shirt that, as it turns out, will not hold up to demanding work and wash routine they were requested for, so they are not responsible for the manufacturing of the shirt nor that the ink has a poor reputation of even sticking to that garment. I was not told this upon choosing this brand of shirt. Call me crazy but if one of my employees (past or present) messes up, my company is still responsible for making it right with the customer or I lose that customer. The company absolutely will not take responsibility and as a result I will never order from them nor refer to them. Ever.

I printed my own T-​shirt! Do I work here? No, but I voted and I support my locals and hroup interaction. So, Traxler and the crew supports us and gives back. So what does voting have to do with it? Well if you voted and presented your sticker, you got a free shirt! Bonus: if you are a member of our local group, you got to print your own. Zach is super cool and the young lady (sorry didn’t get her name) that answered my printing questions was really nice and helpful. Please support this local business, it will make your soul happy.

I’d actually gotten a few Traxler tees before being invited to their shirt shindig, so I knew they were good quality (and quite comfy!), but I was impressed by the variety of designs, selections of fabrics, and the number of artists /​vendors they work with.
Zach Traxler, the head shirtist in charge, was really friendly and the fact that they decided to make an exclusive shirt run for the event was really awesome. If I need custom shirt or screen printing done in the future, they’re getting my first call.

First time there this past saturday for a Unilocal elite event and i had a ball there. everyone was so friendly and i felt right at home. i loved watching the process of how the t-​shirts were being made. looking forward to going back there again.

The Summer Shirt Shindig was very cool. Thanks Zach and Bryant and all the vendors who donated. All the employees were awesome; relaxed yet professional. It was nice seeing what they do. Zach explained to me what the dryer was and how it worked.
If I need silk-​screened tees in the future, this is the place!

When I think of t-​shirts, I usually think of designs. But when I visited Traxler, I learned there was much more to them. Traxler prides themselves on being an Ohio company. Their shirts are printed in Ohio by Ohio employees using ink from Ohio suppliers. And their shirts definitely look and feel AWESOME! I especially love their «map tees». They have 15 versions of these, for major cities in the US and Ohio. Traxler makes much more than tees, though! They do just about anything with a design printed on them (like notebooks, agenda planners, etc). Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, including Zach (the owner). I’m proud to support a local Ohio business like Traxler, and I’ll keep them in mind for future orders.

Hidden off Indianola in Clintonville this was a recommendation to me from «Bryant» with Unilocal.I called him to ask where to go to get my #WhiskeyBarrelSociety Logo printed on a Tri-​Blend T, without hesitation Bryant simply said Traxler so here I came.
These guys are the friendliest most helpful people. I was in and out in just a few minutes after discussing what I was after. Placed order today and should have T’s by the 27^th. If your looking for somewhere to get awesome T’s with any print on them look no further.

I absolutely LOVE the great customer service I receive when dealing with these guys. Zach & Chris are awesome! Ordered work T’s for all the guys at the small automotive shop I work at a few months ago. So happy with them we recently reordered longsleeve T’s, polos & sweatshirts. Turn around time was great! Worked with us on logo placement, multi-size’s & multi-​style garments needed. So easy to work with! Chris was so patient with all of my questions & responded quicker than any other previous company I had been dealing with. Being a locally owned family company ourselves, it’s nice to put that money back into the community & support local.

I won a Traxler shirt on Twitter and was able to visit their shop in Clintonville a few months ago. Everyone in there was super friendly and even responded to me on Twitter when I had a question.
I snagged a Columbus Crew shirt but I secretly wanted all of the ones they had in stock. I love knowing how involved Traxler is in the community and I hope to interact with/​support them in the future!

Traxler not only has a good quality shirt but great customer service.
Zach, a proud supporter of Movember, reached out to us after seeing our post in a Facebook group and offered to donate some Movember themed shirts to an event we held. In addition, is selling these designs and donating the proceeds to Movember itself.
Local business, like Traxler and owners, like Zach are what make me happy to call Cbus home.

When one of my good friends decided he was going to move very far away for a job, we decided that we should have a going away night in Grandview – and heck, we should all get matching shirts.
So, the design was made up and the list of people who were so lucky to receive the shirts was also created, and I was put in charge of getting them done – in 6 days.
I asked on Twitter if anyone knew of any shops in town that could make about 15 shirts in under a week. Traxler Tees was recommended, and I’m so glad they were.
After a few phone calls and emails with Zach, my order was placed. It was so easy. I told him what I wanted and sent him the logo, sizes and names to be put on the shirts and he did the rest. Even with a minor setback (Zach was hit by a drunk driver and landed in the ER) he was still emailing me from the hospital to let me know the shirts would still be done in time for our event. Talk about customer service!
The owners are great, the quality of the shirts is awesome and the customer service is wonderful. We all looked stunning in our matching lime green shirts (with turtles on the front) at Grandview Café this past weekend.
