Traditions at Stygler Road offers full-scale nursing and rebabilitation services in the form of in-patient rehab, skilled nursing, outpatient therapy and long term care.
We pride ourselves catering our care and services to each individual that we touch using the philosophy of «Person Centered Care.» Our physical, occupational and speech therapists are able to provide excellent treatment in our large, state of the art therapy gym. We offer private rehab suites where our nursing staff and the rest of the team work with you to aide in recovery.
Being part of the Stygler Retirement Community campus, we also have assisted living and independent (HUD) apartments to offer. We accept most major insurance plans and encourage individuals to call any time with questions about our services!
History
Established in 1986.
National Church Residences was organized in 1961 to provide housing options to older Americans with modest incomes.
Traditions st Stygler Road, a not for profit nursing and rehab center, opened on August 1, 1986.
National Church Residences’ mission is to promote active independence in quality housing at affordable prices.
In additition to Traditions, National Church Residences operations several other retirement communities in Ohio and they own/operate In Care Home Health and Hospice as well as Heritage Adult Day Center. The organization in a nationwide leader in modest income housing for seniors.

Amanda is the Executive Director of Traditions at Stygler Road as well as Traditions at Stygler Commons. She has worked in the field of Long Term Care for 8 years and is committed to leading the team in providing exceptional and individualized care and services to the individuals at Traditions.
