If you’re over 21 this basement bar is not for you. It was full of drunk underage college kids and the place smelled like 10 people puked at the same time. The floor was slippery as hell. I’ll pass on their nasty bathrooms this time.

I came here all the way from Arizona to watch THE GAME, which in any Ohio State bar should be a good time. This was no different. No cover (even for the guys, surprising). Total dive bar.
Game was good as OSU won. Place was packed and rowdy.
Had an older guy demand he cut in the bathroom line because he was physically unable to hold pee at his age. This did not go over well with the people waiting in line (even the guys were waiting in a line).
Speakers in the bar were BLARINGLY loud. Like, people were going deaf. Not sure if they are always that loud — or just because THE GAME was on.

Oh the stories I could tell. Probably none of them are appropriate for a review, however.
This was my favorite college bar, and probably my favorite all around bar for a long time. I went here every Saturday for probably several years. There is no better deal (that I have ever heard of) than Too’s power hour. Its basically $ 1 for anything you want and $ 2 for top shelf liquor — for two hours.
The staff was always very cool and friendly and they always took the time to remember people to create good relationships.
Is it kinda gross down there? Absolutely. Are the bathrooms barely usable? For sure. But if you want a cheap night out, a good pre-​game bar, and/​or want to have a good time with good people, Too’s is the place to be.

Do not order a «Tidal Wave» if you go to this bar. It should be illegal for them to serve these without some type of verbal or written consent from the customer. It would be like a wing joint with extraordinarily hot wings not telling you how their «blazing» wings are but giving them to you anyways…
These guys are morons. We would have spent at least a hundred bucks at this place, but instead they allowed us to take a Tidal Wave shot that was bought by a «friend»…

Best basement bar around. No windows, no fresh air, but no bullshit. The drinks are cheap, the music is good (especially when it is live a few nights per week), and more than anything the employees and patrons are great. My favorite place to have good wings, a bucket of beer, and play some pool on Fridays!

I met Bill Brasky during their world famous Too’s Power Hour on Saturday nights. That old Son-​of-​a-​Bitch Brasky passes me a $ 2 brandy (it’s power hour, even the brandy is cheap!), puts his left arm over my shoulders, lifts his brandy with his right hand and said, «Son, if there are two things I love in this world it’s women of loose morals and this bar.»
Brasky proceeded to sing a duet with John White then left with 3 women he didn’t arrive with, one of them being my pregnant girlfriend.
If Too’s is good enough for Brasky and the Buckeyes, then it’s good enough for you sons-​a-​bitches.
