Tim Hortons

I’ve been here a few times. I like it. Friendly staff and love the tea and iced capps.

This Tim Hortons is a disgrace to the franchise and should be closed.
In general it is run quite poorly. I usually have to get down to my 3^rd or 4^th choice before the baked good item I want is in stock. This store also does not always play by the 20 minute rule on the coffee and they seem to never know how to put in the cream. Either my coffee is still black or a get a cup of milk. No consistency at all.
That would be a 2 star rating except this week I had a long blond hair baked into my danish. Fortunately I was still in the parking lot when I found it but what really grossed me out was the cashier admitted they had been having a problem with that but thanks to me they could narrow down who was not wearing a hairnet.
I came thisclose to being sick right in the parking lot.

They seriously have zero gluten free options here. I know they’re just a fast food/​bakery chain, but really? Nothing? Come on. Throw me some scrambled eggs or something.
