After doing an online search, I came across this firm. Excited about its location and professional looking website, and well accredited attorney, I entered my info to be contacted. All I can say is I wish the call never came in. I cannot begin to describe how shocked and disappointed I was. He spoke to in a condescending manner, and felt the need to repeat himself, rather than listen to what was being said or asked. My mouth literally dropped during the call, and I said «No thanks, I think I’ll find someone else to assist me», and he hung up. He felt no need to retract his horrid words and tone of voice. In my opinion he is arrogant.
