The UPS Store

We are in and out of Columbus and use the store for business and personal mail as our permanent address. When we are gone they forward or hold as directed. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have never had a hitch in our service.

Good service at the counter; no complaints about their system. I dropped off a return to sender on Friday and I got a «received» email today (Monday)! This is only the second time I’ve been here, but it’s clean and bright with really helpful employees for this old fart. I bring in the package they do the work. What could I complain about! Nuttin’ Honey! A little pricey, but what isn’t?

Quick in and out to drop off a return package to Amazon. The store was clean, and the lady working the counter was extremely friendly. I didn’t have time to cut my packing label or tape up the box before I got into the store, and when I mentioned that I needed to buy some tape to put the whole thing together, she just let me use some of theirs. My whole visit was really pain free, and we joked around about general happenings in the world.
The parking lot is enormous since it’s in a strip mall and is shared with a lot of other stores. They had pretty much anything you could need to ship something in there if you don’t already have a box or shipping supplies of your own.
I’ve been in here a few other times, and it’s never been busy. I’ve never been in there longer than 5 minutes, and that includes time spent conversing with the workers.
