I was in and out in less than 30 seconds with my drop off. Went in at noon on a rainy Tuesday afternoon. Received prompt attention and was on my way in no time.

Not bad, not great. I was really excited that I spent about 2 – 3 minutes in the store, tops. I was not so excited that the woman who was working seemed pretty irritated. She wasn’t rude when she talked to us, but when we walked in and she almost audibly sighed, clearly annoyed that we prevented her from doing whatever she was in the middle of. I don’t ship via UPS often but, if I did, I wouldn’t be super pumped to come back.

Needed to get something shipped via UPS on a Saturday afternoon. Per the website, the store is to close at 3:30pm. Showed up at 3:15 and the store is closed. The next closest stores (Grandview or Perimeter Loop) would be closed by the time I would be able to make the drive. Or maybe they close whenever they want, too.
Nice.
