Terrible experience. Went there to eat because it was late and had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. When the food came out, it was cold and my order was missing a key ingredient. The manager(Will, who spent the entire hour we were there drinking Miller Lite and sitting in a booth talking to a girl) didn’t come over to ask why we were upset and instead gave us an «employee discount». Have been here many times, but won’t be back. Was going to leave one star but left two because the beer was cold.

Seemed like a cool place to stop in. And that’s exactly what we did… Left after ten minutes of no service. They weren’t really busy or anything. Not even a hello, a «we’ll be right with you», nothing.

Great place to hang out with Freinds to catch the games !! Services is on par ! Great prices on food and alcohol. The best upside of the grove is their large heated patio !!!

Worst service of my life. Came in with a group of people and it took near 30 minutes before we even got our drinks. And we didn’t even place our food orders yet since the server was still off doing who knows what with our drinks. Food took an average time to come out after we finally got to place the order. Many errors in the order within our group and my order was just completely forgotten about. After everyone else’s food arrived and I didn’t get mine, the server went to go put my order in again. A good 45 minutes passed and I still didn’t have my food, told the server to cancel since we had already been there over 2 hours and we were trying to leave now. She finally brings out the food as everyone was trying to pay for their orders(which took another 30 minutes to accomplish). She had no idea who had what and had to ask us what to put on each bill. Needless to say, everyone that received a bill, had something wrong with it. Example: a guy ordered the meat lovers nachos, and his bill had extra charges for +beef, +chili. Lolwut? Now reread the first sentence.

Bring your appetite. Fried chicken sandwich is amazing. First time I’ve been here, and it definitely won’t be the last. Drew at the bar is awesome!

Slow kitchen. May be great for games and just chilling but not a good place if you want to grab a bite and go. Our waitress was friendly and hustled as much as she could since she was the only one but the kitchen was EXTREMELY slow. We came here to get a bite to eat before hitting the road and planned on an hour. It took two hours. The food was decent but not worth waiting for. I had the BELT but it only had 2.5 slices of bacon on cheap bread. Corn nuggets and fried pickles were great though!

I give this bar one star since I can’t give lower. Waited 20 minutes for a drink, another 10 minutes for a menu and I had to ask for one. Not one waitress asked if I needed anything. If poor quality service is their goal then they have succeeded with flying colors! I am new to Columbus and I won’t be coming back at all. I do not recommend this place. Unless you like your time to be wasted in a bad way.

This is a great sports bar! We spent several hours here last Saturday watching college football. Our waitress was very friendly, and we didn’t wait long on drinks or food. I had a grilled chicken salad — it was perfect. The vegetables were fresh and the chicken was lean and tender. My husband loved the boneless wings. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is typical of a sports bar. We will definitely be spending more Saturdays here during football season. 100A++++

Had a fun time here Saturday for the Alabama and Georgia games with friends. Good boneless chicken wings and great atmosphere. Get a bucket or two of beer on ice with friends. I also likes there jello shots here because they were much more fresh and not rubbery, like some other places in town have been. The staff was very accommodating at making sure all the games the customers wanted to see were on. The Bartender, Holly, is a true mixologist. She is also one of the most sweet people you will meet in Columbus.
The Grove is a nice sports bar in a convenient location. I will be back often.
