Ok, I’ll admit, I am not a tenant, nor do I know about their rental rates or the way they treat their residents, but there are few things I do know:
— The location is perfect
— There is plenty of parking since not much is back there to take up too much space
— The urban location is developing, but super cool
— This is the COOLEST SPOT EVER FOR A PHOTOSHOOT
That’s actually the reason I visited. Later I learned of some of the tenants (everything from small businesses to fancy loft dwellers.) Such a cool, urban space! Especially, of course, for taking public photos. Great colors and textures!
