We were visiting Columbus when my iPhone screen started getting ominously dark and striped. I went to AT and T, who told me there was nothing they could do other than sell me a new phone at full price! I was directed to Tech Knowledge, which was a lifesaver! Demetrius fixed my phone on the spot, put in a new screen in less than an hour and much less than a new phone. Great service, fast, knowledgeable and oh-​so-​necessary.
